The management is a joke the workers are rude and lie through their teeth, and they get the worst people coming through at night.... some drunk dumb ass hit my car and ran. The next day when I was trying to get the footage for my insurance the manager told me he wasn't interested now I'm stuck with a $4,000 repair bill... I have multiple bad expenses here. The only good was most staff did what they need to do. One staff member however did not answer the drive up but responded after 5 minutes of Waiting the other window was served first. When I got to the window to pay the woman literally screamed because she was over worked, "it's supposed to be fast food" because according to her I didn't pay fast enough. This older woman had a red towel on her head and literally let out a primal scream a second time away from the microphone. I would have ordered more food but I sensed the hostile personality while ordering. I think this person is emotionally unstable and needs to not work with the public. Still the absolute worst McDonald's anywhere. Waited in line for a long time to order an iced coffee. The response was "We ain't got that." I then asked for a vanilla shake. Response: "We ain't got that either. No ice cream." They never have anything. We drove to another McD's and they had the iced coffee. I see their lobby is still closed as well. I really would like to reevaluate my review. I can't say that this place is 5 stars but I'm rewriting my review because the employees here have really changed my perception of this establishment. I come here because it's right by my work. And when I'm on a McDonald's budget, Starbucks just aint cutting it. The kindness of the employees and the concern and care of their customers has really changed here, I'm very impressed and I can tell corporate or management made a difference. Still expect a Long line...but you can tell everybody is very busy and they're trying their best, and in life... isn't that all we can ask for? One of my least favorite McDonald's in the area. Recently stopped in the drive thru for two sodas and a fry while we waited to be cheeked in at a nearby urgent care. Order was taken promptly but it was downhill from there. A homeless man was banging on doors of anyone in the drive thru, making us comfortable as well as others. The worker at McDonalds was so rude too. No customer service skills at all. We ordered two large drinks. Neither of which came with ice. My boyfriend asked if they were out of ice and the worker slammed the drive thru window closed and said BYEEEEE! That wasn't acceptable so my boyfriend went inside to fill up his drink himself. The food was crap. Ordered two types of chicken sandwiches and they were so dried out and disgusting. No one will answer the phone and I'm not wasting my gas to drive back there again. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to across any country and certainly in the United States. There aren't enough words to describe the complete indifference from the employees, the lack of any customer service at all, and the simply poor result of the actual food being produced. On my most recent, and LAST visit, I tried to order a smoothie and a french fry. It took 10 minutes to get through the drive thru to the window. You could see from the payment window that there was a TON of people in the back of the restaurant (employees) yucking it up, laughing, having fun, etc. The person taking my money didn't look at me or say a word. Once I pulled up the next window to get my order, no one was there, in fact there was no one working the front of the house that I could see (mind you the drive thru line was long). Finally someone comes and says "Pull up to window 3 and we'll bring you the smoothie". Okay, I get it, sometimes there's a delay. I wait 10 MINUTES. Not exagerating, no bull, 10 minutes and no one comes. I CALL the restaurant at this point as the lobby is closed for an employee Christmas Party so you couldn't get in nor would anyone open the door when knocked. So someone picks up and says okay, we'll be out. Another 6 minutes goes by only to have someone come out and say "We don't have anything to make smoothies." ARE YOU SERIOUS!? No apology. No acknowledgement of all the time I'd spent. I asked for my money back. ANOTHER 5 minutes and a different team member comes out and says "What do you want?" - Excuse me?! I want my money back, I told the other person that. She says "I don't even know why we're open. We have a mandatory meeting and only have 4 people working. We don't have food to make things and no one to make it. Its a mandatory meeting." That was a COMPLETE LIE. There's huge signs on the door saying Employee Christmas Party and I can see tons of people inside (mind you, they all have their food and are having a great time). Not one person apologized. Not one person did any single thing to make me feel valued. This McDonald's is the WORST in America. Look at the reviews. McDonald's corporate needs to get involved here. The employees are rude. Your order constantly is messed up. The actual quality of the food on other visits is SO BAD. The apathy is striking. Please avoid this place at all costs. IT IS NOT WORTH IT. Off peak time and waited 25 min AFTER paying in the drive through. They have you pull up in the spots to wait probably so their "time to completion"isn't impacted since they technically gave you the drink at the next window. Just awful.
