Yeah this is just a horrible Jimmy John's. Had the worst JJ sandwich I have ever had out of here.

Not sure how they are ok.with closing early every day. They don't even have the decency to call you and tell you. This is the 3rd time in the last week I've showed up and doors are locked and the guy tells me they ran out of bread yet I'm looking at bread sit on the counter. Insane! We usually eat at this location 2-3 times a week and have been loyal customers for over 8 years. I placed my order through the app at 11:05 AM, and by 11:50, it still wasn't ready. When I arrived, the place was very busy--about 14 people were waiting ahead of me. I patiently watched all of them receive their orders but then noticed something frustrating: customers who walked in after me and ordered at the counter were being served within 5 minutes. When I asked about my order, I was told it was "coming up." Fifteen minutes later, I asked again and was told I was still third in line. I requested that my order be prioritized since I'd been waiting so long, especially compared to those just walking in. I was told no. I asked for a refund, which they processed--without a single apology or acknowledgment of the poor service. The staff were unprofessional and clearly overwhelmed, and sadly, based on similar reviews I've read, this isn't an isolated incident. This location needs better management and serious customer service training. After years of giving them steady business--as well as large orders for our company--they've now lost me as a customer. read more

Absolutely HORRIBLE! I work close by and our large company orders there all the time. I noticed my past couple orders have been late but this most recent order was over 2 hours late! I kept calling and they said its going out the door now. I went down and waited 30 minutes and gave up. I called and said to cancel my order and refund my card. It was very interesting how quick they were to say okay. That right there tells me my order (for 18 people) never went out the door. This was very embarrassing. I DO NOT plan to use them again unless I'm in a big crunch but will make sure I dont find myself in that position. Super disappointed. I work not to far from this location. I love jimmy johns, but y'all need people in here with better attitudes. It's ridiculous that I had to say hello to the cashier twice and ask how she was doing before SHE TOOK MY ORDER! Then when I'm asking a question, the attitude is even worse. She needs to clock out and start again tomorrow on a better note. They have bags right next to them after they make your sandwich, so why do I have to reach over and grab my own bag and put my own sandwich in it. I had three items made. They routinely close early. So frustrating. Other than that is an average sub at best.

Unreal... second time I have ordered food for delivery and they don't have delivery drivers. You should edit your listing on Yelp so that people don't think you actually deliver. However, the employee that called me to tell me that they can't deliver was really great. Processed the refund fast and was professional even though that was a hard call to make. read more

As a fellow jimmy johns employee id have to say i couldnt be more embarrassed to be a part of this company. They entirely focused on pickup orders as i watched the line waiting to receive there inshop orders grow to over 5 people this store does not fit the freaky fast criteria the attitudes need regrouping. They all looked like they wanted to go home i didnt recieve a bag for my to go order as did nobody else and there was NO ice. The manager i assume constantly filled cups up with ice from the back acting as if there wasnt enough people to fill the damn ice to the soda machine. read more

I think Jimmy John's has a pretty good product. The meat is pretty fresh, as well as the lettuce. Their bread is pretty tasty too. You can expect to pay $7 and change for a sandwich or $11 and change for a combo. If their prices were a tad bit cheaper I'd say it's worth five stars. All in all it's a convenient, healthy option for lunch! read more

Stayed at a hotel nearby. Ordered delivery online, and received a phone call saying they have no drivers and cancelled my order. Tried DoorDash, placed an order. Store called me and said they wouldn't drive it. Tried again on Uber Eats, and they apparently don't outsource any drivers, so they again called me cancelled my order. This led to me dealing with 3 separate refunds for food I never received. Why advertise delivery when it's not possible to get delivery? read more

Just like the commercials say, this place is FAST. By the time I paid and finished putting my change in my wallet they were handing me a sandwich. I thought they were accidentally handing me someone else's... LOL On my most recent visit, I ordered The Vito. It was noticeably fresh with decent flavor, but it could have used a little more meat and liquid (oil, vinegar, mustard, mayo). I'm glad that I pick JJ! It's been a while since I've eaten here so I didn't know what to expect. I was very pleased with them as I always was in the past. I placed my order on their app which was a simple easy process. When I arrived my order was ready and everything was made exactly how I ordered it. The one thing that I didn't expect was Turkey isn't offered on the app and I am unsure if it's offered if ordered in the restaurant. I can't eat here often because I don't eat pork much if any. I order here all the time as well as a few others in different locations because I love their unwich but they get my order right every time (maybe a missing pickle here and there no biggie.) and I get my money's worth. I called for a delivery order at 4 pm. The lady taking my order was more interested in talking to someone else about going on breaks. She was VERY RUDE to me (as a paying customer) and acting like I was interrupting her. WTF Jimmy Johns. I know you are better than this. SOO.... 30 minutes later (when my order should have been delivered) the same rude woman calls me back to let me know their delivery driver will not be in for work until 5 pm. WHY WASN'T I TOLD THIS WHEN I ORDERED???? She offers no apology or any explanation. She advises me that I can wait until their driver shows up for work OR I can come pick it up myself. Worst experience I've had at a Jimmy Johns. Entered the restaurant 20 minutes before closing with my family and was informed that there was no bread available, that the next batch would take 10 minutes to come out of the oven. I told them we would wait, and when the bread came out they informed us that it would take 35 minutes to cool off. We stayed and waited to be served, getting our sandwiches made we'll before the "35 minute cooling period." I have a lovr hate relationship with this Jimmy John's. I like the sandwiches and I love the pickles! When I would order delivery they would leave stuff out my order and I would have to call them to come back and give me what was missing. I didn't mind waiting because one I like to get what I order and they just happen to be located less than 5 minutes up the street from my job. But what else bothers me is the fact that when I ask for extra it never seems like they understand that word. One time they added cucumbers and I asked for pickles. I don't know how they mixed that up but I had let them know and nothing was done about it. It was just like an "oh well" type of attitude. What if I or someone I was getting it for was allergic. Lucky for them I'm not allergic and I'm not going to make them make it over just to remove cucumbers. But asking me if I would like a complimentary drink or bag of chips would have been better than nothing at all but I shouldn't have to ask for that type of thing it should be an automatic thing. I've been here several times, and every time the service has not met Jimmy Johns status. My last visit is what pushed me to write this review and to not return. 1. The lady making my sandwich was bossy and yelling at her kids while she was making my sandwich. 2. They locked all the doors when they closed in an hour and a half. When I was unlocking the door to leave, the same lady demandingly yelled and told me not to unlock the door. How do you except me to leave? I ignored her and opened it anyway. 3. Same lady lied to me. When she handed me my sandwich she said the bread was hard because it just came out of the oven. But it wasn't hot. I'm a professional baker, bread is hard because you burned it or its stale. I wasn't going to complain but don't lie to me. The bread wasn't enjoyable. 4. They are slow compared to most Jimmy Johns. My wife and I order from here regularly. The app works great for us and the delivery is always really fast. The sandwiches are always correctly put together and the quality is great. You definitely get what you pay for. As a suggestion, I always ask them to "take some bread out" when ordering the French bread, it helps to eat the sandwhich without losing the goods. read more

Before I was able to order the 3 people that were making sandwiches were so loud one person was ordering hot wings from her cell phone. I guess no one uses their inside voice.
