Those taking orders at this location need to pay better attention. I have severe allergies and usually the other locations do a great job. This location everytime I order something is usually wrong. Sssssssssllllloooooooooooooooooow! Had 20 min for lunch and needed a freaky fast option. Ordered on the app before leaving my house. Arrive and end up standing around in the store for 15 minutes while I guess they made sandwiches for the drive through and all in lobby guests before deciding to spend a second on my wrap. This location has the stalest bread. Jimmy John bread in general isn't the best, but this location had Bread that is like biting into a crouton. It will scratch the heck out of your mouth and make the rest of the sandwich just suck. read more

Jimmy John's is yummy sandwiches. They do make the very fast and their bread is perfect. Just k is when you go there that they don't have salt. NONE! No salt packets. No salt shakers and if you ask them they say they do t even have any at all in the store. My husband takes his own salt when we go. read more

I have had two experiences here, both terrible. First, I live across the street (literally a few hundred yards) and I felt lazy, so I ordered delivery... 65 minutes. Sorry, your turkey tom is not that good. Second, I ordered 2 platters for a birthday party. I arrived 10 minutes early to pick them up. They made sure to call that out when I went to the register. No big deal other than I waited an additional 25 minutes, 15 past my pickup time. I would care other than my poor greeting and being one of two customers in the store. From now on I'll pull the Carl Buddig out of my fridge and make my own sandwich. Oh yeah, I hate their radio commercials, too. read more

We drive through here at least twice a month and I've never had a bad experience. The staff have been very friendly and polite, and my order is always right. I'm very particular regarding my orders, so it's important to me that they haven't screwed it up. And the food is pretty good. I really like their sandwiches, but I wish there was a little more variety to the menu (more than chips as a side). Other than that though, if you want a good sandwich, this is a quick and friendly establishment. read more

I enjoy JJ for a quick sandwich when on the run. Service was Very Good but the food is average. I often need to grab something out and like a change from the usuals in Herriman. Good but Average addition to local food . They do deliver if You get a craving. I would recommend the Turkey Sandwich as a good fresh healthy pick. Terrible customer service. Were completely rude when they got our order wrong TWICE, and then treated us like criminals and asked to see our receipt when we told them they didn't give us everything. To begin with I just want to say I never do reviews but this will be my first one, I want to start by saying that I've alway had good service at this location I don't know about all the horror stories that people put in their reviews, but I believe that nowadays since theres this review apps everyone thinks they're a food critic and guess what they're not, most don't even how to order or eat a proper meal, anyways the service when I ordered delivery was outstanding they had my food at my house within 7 minutes, what is there to complaint about that. P.S. Tip the delivery guys have you're info for when you order delivery, if you don't when you call they'll realize you're a cheap ass and won't care about giving you good service, I tip above average and I get my sandwiches delivered in 7 minutes. read more

I have given this location several chances. This time the bread was rock hard. I ended up putting two and two together after I was in the drive thru and saw an employee hit another employee with a piece of bread because it was so hard. Fast drive-through, fast delivery, consistent product. Phone app works great. My son's favorite drive-through choice. I do find it expensive, but often temper that by getting drinks and chips at home. I like that it's a relatively healthier option than all the other drive-throughs around Herriman, which is worth the money. read more

So this is my first review ever, I have to say this is the worst and I guess only bad jimmy john's I have been to, but it is terrible. have been going here for a while now and maybe one time has my order ever been made right. one time they forgot to put the pickle and chips in the bag so I called them and they were willing to deliver it even though we are somehow out of the delivery zone living in the same city 4 minutes away kind of stupid but she gets here and my girlfriend answers and looks in the bag only the pickle is there she asks the driver where the chips are and she just looks at her like my girlfriend is stupid no apology nothing. even walmart customer service is better than this.
