This place is a joke, ridiculous prices for mediocre sandwiches not to mention there is no customer service. Waited nearly 18 minutes for a half ass sandwich with hardly any meat because there is no order in how things are done. Customers had arrived for their online orders which weren't ready. And to top it off no one called out the names when they were ready so the orders just sat there. They had some older lady who was too busy bossing everyone around rather than actually working, the least she could have done was to call out to the customers whose meals were ready. Finally when I did go up to the counter for my sandwich to go, she grabbed a bag that had been sitting there for nearly five minutes. Never again! I ordered the grilled Italian sandwich, I bit into one of the sandwich halves and I bit down on something very hard while chewing. I removed the object from my mouth to discover a piece of wood that was about an inch wide. I am very concerned about this because the item is obviously not sanitary and is a choking hazard. It could have been very bad if a child or elderly person was the one eating the sandwich. My question is: how in the world did a piece of wood get into the sandwich? How could the person making it not see a piece of wood in the sandwich? What happened?? Update: the restaurant did contact me and seemed concerned and apologetic. We ordered the small Bobbie which is turkey, cranberries & stuffing & Mayo . You can get it hot or cold . We decided on cold. It was a really good sandwich fresh sliced turkey breast . We decided it would be better hot but still good cold . It is super filling . We also got the Classic Cheesesteak . It has steak., onion, mushrooms, white American cheese . This was delicious. I was really excited and looking forward to trying the famous "bobbie sandwich" the cashier recommended that I get it cold, HUGE mistake. Don't get me wrong, this place is great I personally think they should offer it hot but keep it an option to be cold if asked? It's also just missing something.. It was very bland although the stuffing is flavorful the bread is & overload of cranberry sauce the dried out Turkey and extremely dry bread is what really killed the sandwich in the end. The place is aesthetically pleasing on the inside, and a large variety of items to choose from. I've been wanting to try this place for a while now. Who doesn't love a great steak sandwich? I ordered the Classic Steak and Cheese sandwich since that's the one that had won all the awards. I included everything: mushrooms, onions, and both sweet and spicy peppers. Omgoodness, I now have a favorite Steak and Cheese sandwich!! Every great sandwich starts with the bread. The rolls they use are fabulous and unlike many sandwich shops the bread to filings is prefect. Not too much bread at all. The beef is tender and the spicy peppers give it a great kick. The sandwich was great, but the management needs to step it up. When I arrived on a Friday night, there was a sign that listed for ingredients that they were out of stock on. While I was there, the store was staffed with only two people on a busy Friday night. During my waiting period, I could hear the two employees commenting, that they also ran out of tomatoes, pastrami, and chicken. How did management allow the store to be so unprepared on a weekend?? This place started in Delaware and has been around since the 1970's. I remember seeing them all over Vegas but never tried them. I like the fact that they cook their own turkeys. Some of the meats are infested with nitrates/nitrites while others aren't. The cashier messed up on my order and we were in a rush so I just said I would take it as it is. The Capastrami sub was delicious, the Bobbie (most popular sandwich) had homemade turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, and mayo. It was pretty good. The Cheesesteak sub was lacking with meat but was decent tasting. For sure will go back and try some other items. read more

This sandwich spot is fantastic! The sandwiches are massive and have really high quality ingredients. I love their turkey, which usually I'm not a huge fan of that type of turkey but Capriottis is flavorful and isn't dry. Their salads are nice as well! I've always had this place picked up by my husband so I've never eaten in or had service there so I can't speak to either of those two factors. But most importantly, their sandwiches are awesome! read more

New and Yum!! I have been looking forward to trying this place and it's finally open!! I know it's a chain, but this is a first Capriotti's experience for me. Verdict: I'm pretty impressed. The inside is bright and clean, as to be expected for a brand new place. They all yell "Welcome" and "Hello" as you walk in, which is great. I ordered two 6 inch sandwiches to go and they were pretty speedy. So, the staff is on point here. Based upon other Yelpers Capriotti's recommendations, I went with 'Slaw Be Jo' and 'The Bobbie'. Both were good. But of the two 'The Bobbie' was definitely better. If you love Thanksgiving Dinner- you'll love this sandwich. I'm not usually a fan of cranberry's but it works well here. I kept thinking about Ross on Friends- haha- now I need to go watch that episode... anyway.... I'm looking forward to trying out some of the hot sandwich options next time!
