This is my favorite sandwich shop. Which is odd that I'd have something negative to say. I have ordered caramelized onions since that came on the menu. Today, I got soft cooked onions, still very white. Not cooking them to caramelized state left them very strong, and not at all how they should be. Don't shirt cut cooking the onions. read more

Maybe my favorite fast lunch spot. Their tag line is "Freaky Fast" sandwiches and they really are. They always have my sandwich made before I get done paying. I think they have the best bread of any sandwich shop chain (sorry, Subway/Quiznos) and their chips (love the Barbecue) are fabulous as well. They sell their day old bread ($.0.50?) which is great for sandwiches, garlic bread, bread pudding, etc. Maybe my only complaint is the the music tends to run on the loud side and when I mentioned it to the Manager he told me they do it on purpose to maintain the same vibe as in the original Jimmy John's in Charleston, IL (Eastern Illinois University). I discovered Jimmy Johns club Lulu when I was pregnant in 2012, I literally ordered from there twice a week lol Now I order online about 2-3 times a month from work when I can't leave for lunch break. I get the same thing every time, Club Lulu on wheat with extra turkey. (Sometimes I have to bring my 2.5 year old son to work with me & we split the Club Lulu, he loves it!) I have never waited more than 10 min for delivery & they've never gotten my order wrong. One day I saw online this location was out of turkey so I tweeted to @JimmyJohns on Twitter and they responded back saying they contacted that store and they aren't out of turkey anymore, which was awesome bc I was starving & most chain restaurants don't tweet back or if they do, they tell you to just leave feedback or whatever but Jimmy Johns goes out of their way to satisfy customers! I assume it was a website error or something but I'm glad I got my Club Lulu! read more

Jimmy johns has a way to make sure all their sandwiches taste the same regardless of what location you go to. This place is no different. Ordered, and got my food within 3 minutes. Very quick, and tastes delicious as usual. I've ordered from this location for delivery and they really do deliver fast. I like their online ordering tool, gives your more customization especially if it isn't your first time. I would recommend ordering online if you want certain things on the sandwich, just to see what options are available to you. Overall a great experience, i'll continue to come here. read more

Not the best sandwich grub, but the staff helps a bunch. i love Italian subs and this isn't a place i'd go for that. Their delivery is nearly the fastest draw in the south-west, great for company meetings. i'll come back to try more menu options, i've heard nice things about other items. Pretty pricey, just b/c i'm used to Subway when i'm on the run, and not the best quality either b/c of the bread. They should know the bread is important, almost as much as what's between it. An older relative said once that a woman is best chosen by what she allows in her ears and what's tickin' between em'. Wise, but not the mantra of Jimmy John's. Entered payment information online as well as the tip so when the driver came all I had to do was get my food. Driver was friendly when he came. Appalled. I tried to place an order for delivery for only a pickle and was informed that their delivery minimum is $5 when i offered to pay a $5 delivery fee they declined and said i have to order $5 worth of food. I asked to speak with a manager and the woman on the phone immediately said she was the manager (didn't sound like she was) wouldn't put me on the phone with anyone else. This is very upsetting the company and customers of the company i work for order from jimmy johns on a regular basis and they wouldnt even come down the street for a $5 fee and a tip. I ordered them at 4:01pm (the time of my confirmation email) and I received the sandwiches at 4:44 I checked on google maps and I am 6 minutes away from their location. Even with a couple deliveries in between I would've liked a phone call saying that they were running behind. We loved the service, the quaility of the food, the quantity (we ordered the Gargantuan) and the delivery was fast and friendly. The bread is sooo fresh and awesome. We paid extra for avocado and the only complaint I could muster up is the avocado was very sparse, expected to get chuncky however it's more of a green thin spread.
