First time eating at Jimmy John's. This station is located in a busy truck stop, and operated by a 1 man band. He was amazing! He took our order plus others and made some great subs. However, I felt bad for this guy multi-tasking because it was the busiest time of day and some comments from other patrons were not needed. I think he was doing a great job, and the minimum time people had to wait, was 10min tops... he was busting a hump to get these great subs out in a timely matter! and the station he was working at stayed clean and presentable. You can't go wrong with Jimmy John's. Fresh sandwiches made fast and good chip selections. That's about it. Reliable, quick, and good.

Tried the UnWich today for the first time. I wasn't disappointed. Although, I could have done without all the extra lettuce, it was still delicious, and fresh. I had the Lulu, turkey bacon lettuce tomato mayo and I added pickles. I legit placed the order from my phone and walked the 5 min to get there and it was done. The employee who was working, was friendly and I had no wait time at all. I'll def be getting the UnWich again. read more

Definitely not freaky fast at any part of our experience. There was no one in line, one worker, and we placed our order of two subs. We waited for 15 minutes before our food was ready. We had to go up to the counter as well to pick up our sandwiches which were done 5 min apart from each other. Then the worker forgot to give us a pickle we ordered. We also weren't given napkins or silverware and there were none laid out, and the worker was no where to be found to ask for some. Food good, service terrible and slow. read more

Not so freaky fast today...ordered an hour ago, called, delivery still not out the door.

I often order from this same Jimmy Johns, but I'm about to graduate and this could be my last time - but it was such a great experience because my delivery driver (he kept my cat from getting out once and we've stayed great acquaintances ever since) forgot my drink and went back to get it, said 5 minutes and was correct, and brought a cookie to make up for it - and he kept a great positive attitude and true smile. Food isn't fresh. They reuse yesterday's products. Be careful, I've seen some very slimy lettuce. Also, they've been told by upper management to ring up more expensive items in place of cheaper ones to save themselves money. The filter for the soda fountain expired on 10-2016, wasn't replaced until 7-2017. Who knows what kind of germs and bacteria you'll ingest if you eat here. When they slice the meats, they sit out for hours until they feel like finishing slicing. Take extreme caution while eating this food. I've seen customers walk out and leave their food behind. First time ever getting food at this chain. I was rushed at the counter but found something to try and ordered it. It was fast sandwich was ready before I got to the pick up area and they were trying to give my order to someone else. I ordered a #14 a bootlegger club. The menus all say the clubs have twice the meat of the regular sub, man Id hate to see the regular sub but I'm sure any vegetarians out there would love them. My club had turkey and roast beef but the roast beef didn't even cover the whole length of the 8 inch bun. I actually called the main number for the company about the sandwich they took what I had to say along with my name and number then said they would pass the info on and did I want to get a follow up call. I said yes even though this seemed like a strange question to me as most places automatically follow up. I got my follow up call which was just an excuse call really as the person said our lunch meat goes on by weight not number of slices and that particular sandwich always gets 2 slices of roast beef and 3 slices of turkey, I thought it didn't go by number of slices!! Then I was told next time u go in try a gargantuan it has more meat and it sounds like u r a big guy that needs more meat. ( wow that's not the same as saying hey fatso too bad) that was followed up with a good bye. Some customer service from a "regional director" not impressed at all I actually think subway may use more meat and that's something I thought I would NEVER say. I doubt I'll be back. I'm only giving one star because the bread was decent. I do now have to raise my rating as the franchise owner just called me and was very nice about the situation. He apologized said he's not sure what happened but will go through procedure to make sure that all sandwiches are up to his and the companies standards. He also said if I ever back in he will make sure things are done right. This is proper customer service and I may just have to check them out again because of him. read more

Had a BLT it was the worst one I ever had it had one strip of cold bacon hardly any tomato and one thin strip of lettuce. This order was to our office others had missed items also. We have ordered frequently from them and will probably go with someone else. read more

This was my 1st JJ's sandwich ever and I loved it. Everyone who worked there was welcoming and friendly and my lunch was delicious. As a non "fast-food" eater I can say I was pleasantly surprised by the fresh options. Definitely will be back next time I go through there. read more
