I'm not sure what is happening to this location. The last three times I have been there it has been painfully slow. Definitely not freaky fast. I thought last time was just a fluke when I was in the drive-through for 20 minutes. This time I was in the drive-through for 25 minutes 15 of it was after I paid just sitting at the window. My Girlfriend and I order at the least once a week on Mondays. Things have usually been fine and no complaints. Only one other time I can remember that something was wrong with one of our sammies. I order straight up with extra veggies...my Girlfriend on the other hand orders the Beach Club minus lettuce and tomatoes. I know right...lol! But it has avocados and cucumber and she is in love with the sammie. I most always get the Bootlegger, if a lil hungrier the Gargantuan. The last time which was 12-10-22 @6:41pm a Satutday not our normal day, we was cravin. I ordered her sammie and mine...and a bucket of pickles...AWESOME PICKLES...making my mouth water typing this. We got home mine was perfect...hers had no tomatoes but had lettuce. I called to inform them with no anger and was received with apathy...hostility...accusations and straight up SHIT TALKING!!! Oh and being hung up on 4 times as they switched employees answering the phone and laughing on the phone and in the background. In conclusion...not over the lettuce...the pure disrespect and condescending attitudes and mockery that I endured on the phone to even make me think I was on a prank call or being punk'd....if my Girlfriend hadn't stopped me I was going back to that store and some sort of legal action would have taken place. Im glad my Girl loves me and I still love the sammies. To YOU employees...I hope U read this and think about if it was U on the phone. Love The food here. Cheap for what you get and waaay better than subway. Their bread is so much tastier!! I get a veggie sandwich every other day, split it in half one day and then et the other half the next with some chips. Perfect!! They do not have brussel sprouts anymore and I wish they delivered to me, but oh well, it's good enough I will drive and pick it up. They are so lightening3quick making food that you barely sit down and it's done. The place is very clean and nice. Would 100 percent recommend. read more

I was very impressed with how everytime i order a sandwich or any item off of their menu its always better than i expect it to be,although recently they gave me someone else's sandwich which wasn't a big deal,I mean I get it accidents happen. Maybe I was there on an off day... restaurant was freezing (thermostat was on 64) and the music was so loud I could not hear the person taking my order. I asked for some sliced pickles for my grandsons sandwich and was told they are not allowed to give out the sliced pickles so I had to buy a pickle! Quick, fast, and easy. Good subs, relatively cheap, and you can get day old sandwich bread for 50 cents! I love that they have a drive thru.

My favorite sandwich shop! The french bread they put your sub meat in is to die for, not like that soft crap at Subway. The price is comparable and you get much more meat and ingredients then the other sandwich shops. I am crazy about their Italian sub sandwich and usually eat half and save the other half for later. The line moves very fast and the employees are always friendly & helpful. I did order one for delivery conned into believing by the commercial it would be fast..but..it wasn't at all! Its actually faster for me to drive there. Try it..if you like good french bread you will not be disappointed!! read more
