This review and rating is purely for the alow service. The food was excellent, as always. Today at approximately 12pm, it took 21 minutes to get a burger and fries. That 21 minutes is not the usual Yelp "it took like an hour to get my food" no, it actually took 21 minutes to get my food. You're not gonna find a better burger ANYWHERE!!!! I can't even compare to it at home, and that's saying something cause I make a great burger! If you plan on eating a single burger, order the "little" burger. My first thought was a slider when I seen the word "little", but make no mistake, this is NOT a "little" burger. It is regular size. If you want a Double, just order the regular burger. "Little Cheeseburger" = regular single (about the size of a Whopper) "Cheeseburger" = double cheeseburger (about the size of a double Whopper) Now on to the Fries!!! They have great, REAL potatoes, for their fries!! You can get regular salty (or no salt) fries, or you can get a great, little spicy, Cajun fries! If you are ordering for yourself, get a "little fry". They end up being a large fry! If you're ordering for 2 or 3, get a "regular fry". They end up being enough for almost 4, but perfect for 3! You do NOT, I repeat, Do NOT, have to order a fry for each person! 1 "Little Fry" = feeds 1-2 people! 1 "Regular Fry" = feeds 3-4 people! 1 "Large Fry" = feeds 4-5 people! They also have grilled veggies for the sandwiches. My Favorite Burger is: Little Bacon Cheeseburger w/ Mayo, Mustard, Ketchup, Lettuce, Tomato, Grilled Onion, & Grilled Jalapeño! Great burgers, great fries. Five Guys has a very simple menu, and that's a good thing - it allows them to do what they do very well. The burgers are big and juicy. I love having grilled onions, mushrooms, and peppers to choose from, along with the standard burger toppings! I also really appreciate the ability to get a bunless burger in a bowl. When I want a decent burger that is a step up from fast food, Five Guys is my go to! read more

Really nice staff here. Clean, big, and bright seating area. The staff took extra care with a special order burger, cooked and served gluten free. Awesome music channel too, punctuated with Motorhead's Ace of Spades. Can't get much better than that. The fries here are the best you can find anywhere. read more

The cleanliness of this store is slightly below average compared to the dozen or so different Five Guys restaurants I have been to. The service was above average not necessarily for the speedy service because it still takes time to cook a fresh burger but the friendliness was great. All the employees appeared to be happy and each employee I encountered smiled and was polite when speaking with them. The burger was cooked perfectly and the fries were average, slightly less than crispy but good nonetheless. Great atmosphere and decently quiet place for lunch and dinner. Two people $32.00 the burger did not cover the bun. The Cajun fries had way to much Cajun seasoning on them. The drink. Well I liked the drink machine. We then ordered 2 milk shakes at $4.00 each. They were really small for $4. Over priced over hyped at least the one in Kokomo is. read more

By far and it's not even close the best French fries in the business. Warning they pile the fries high no matter what "size" you get (so you might as well get a small because if you get a large order it's an obscene amount of fries and I'm telling you they're highly addictive). Where Five Guys falls apart in my opinion is the burgers. The beef is generally bland and almost always over cooked. From watching, it would seem they "attempt" to do the Culvers or Steak n Shake seer on the burgers but their technique is completely flawed and the seer is never right. They also toss on the cheese at the last minute giving you a rather unpleasant bite of coldness as you bite into the burger. Bother. They also precook the bacon well in advance rather than giving you that fresh taste of scrumptious bacon fat that is sorely missing with the bland beef. Lots of potential that isn't quite realized. As for pricing, my little bacon cheeseburger, small fries and large drink costed over $11 and for that premium price point, in this sector, I'm somewhat disappointed. read more
