Worst jimmy John's not worth it ... trash service & can't complete orders .. don't waste your time ordering from here

wrost jimmy johns in the world they open at 10:00 didn't open the doors into 10:06 cause they was completing a online order the manager are Super rude . it's some old white cranky lady that work there got mad cause i ordered a number 9 on wheat but she already made the sandwich before i paid maybe if u wait into you get the ticket you wanted knew she did not want to put my sandwich on wheat then i asked for bacon in she said it was to late i took videos of them that whole staff need to be under investigation. read more

This location is pretty freaking fast. They do a lot of deliveries to our work location and they are super quick. Can't speak to what the service is like in the actual store, but the delivery people that show up are always polite. I like Jimmy John's because of the soft bread. I also love that you can get any sandwich as an unwich, which is the fixings wrapped in lettuce. My favorite is the J.J. Gargantuan as a unwich....lot of meat so you don't need the bread. The online and app ordering work fine and I love that I can place an order for delivery before the store opens and it just shows up at the time I have requested. I also like that I can add people's name to their order, so when the sandwiches arrive, it is clear who gets what without having to open up the paper wrapping. I also love that the store will occasionally send over free mini sandwiches to pass out for free as a show of appreciation for all the orders they receive from us. In a pinch, this is a solid place to order when you have unexpected visitors, it's too cold to go out, but you need to feed them. read more

I had a terribly disappointing experience at this location when I placed a catering order for a lunch meeting at work. The order was submitted several days in advance and I got a call 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time that they're finishing up the order and will be 10-15 minutes late. The restaurant is less than 2 miles from the delivery location. The food did not arrive for more than an HOUR after the scheduled time. I kept calling the restaurant to find out what's going on, getting excuses and attitude from the employees, being told "it's on the way" and "it will be there in a few minutes" and "the driver just left", all while trying to apologize to 35 hungry colleagues who were now wasting time waiting for their lunch. I spoke with the manager afterwards and he admitted that he set my order aside to take walk in orders. And also admitted that when he told me that the order was already on the way, he was actually still preparing it. The only solution offered was "I'll give you a discount on the next order". I will never step foot in that location, so no thanks. read more

What the hell, Jimmy Johns? Your sandwiches are delicious, and I never knew it until recently because all you do is brag that you come early. Since when is that something to gloat about? What I'm trying to say is if you didn't put so much emphasis on your fast delivery, and more on your food, I would have been maxing on delicious sandwiches years ago. The aptly named giant club sandwich is where it's at. I can eat half that sandwich and be full, and have the other half for later. They use some thick-ass wheat bread, then they pile meat, cheese and veggies so high that the sandwich barely fits in my mouth. I've never had a problem with this location, as they've always had my order ready by the time I pick it up for lunch. I've never had it delivered from here, but I have seen the driver. He looks like Chief Keef and drives an old, beat up Buick. But don't let that deter you. read more

Hi, this is #10 with no mayo, add sprouts, cukes and Dijon! Today's sandwich was even better than Monday's sandwich! Sandwiches so fast you'll freak! They're not kidding! These guys are fast and good. They'll deliver to my work so quickly that I sometimes wonder how they do it. And they're funny! Thanks guys, keep up the great work and love what you do, it'll keep it from getting boring. Freaky fast, freaky friendly, and pretty freaky good. Favorites include a #1 ('pepe') with extra mayo, cucumbers and mustard, and a #5 ('vito') with hot peppers and a splash of red wine vinegar. While normally I'd prefer a hot submarine sandwich, Jimmy John's makes a compelling argument for their cold sub counterparts. Easily the best sub bread out there, decent cookies and great chip variety. Oh, and their radio spots? Hilarious. The 'my house is on fire' commercial cracks me up every. single. time. I don't know what's going on here at this franchised location, but the last two times I've been here, it's nothing but a bread sandwich. "Where's the meat?" The tomatoes are getting smaller and I had to go back and ask for more lettuce because I could count the strands of lettuce that were on the sandwich. I look at all the advertising in the store and see how huge the sandwiches are with meat busting at the seams and lettuce piled high along with "RIPE" bright full sized tomatoes. Not sure if it's a localized franchise decision to make smaller sandwiches to earn more profit or if corporate has downsized what the sandwich should be. It never used to be like this I'll tell you who makes a great sandwich is Jersey Mike's. The meat is piled highwith with tons of lettuce and fresh, ripe full tomatoes. The sandwichs are delicious! I show up to friendly staff and a great smell of fresh baked bread! Usually by the time I am done paying for my sandwich it is already done and in my hand! It is truly freaky fast! The reasons I only gave them 4 stars is because I live 1.5 miles away and they will not deliver to my house, but they will diliver to the end of my block and won't go the extra 100 yards or so. They have a very small and congested parking lot that is shared with many other businesses. Other than that it's a great place to grab a sandwich if you want it fast! read more

This place is an absolute shit show. Customer appreciation day for $1 subs you should expect to be busy. Promotion runs from 4-8pm and how do you run out of bread with a line wrapped around the building? I'm standing in line at the register waiting to pay because they stopped sales waiting for bread.... what a joke. To make matters more of a joke the little girl cashiers and greeters are bringing their friends to the front of the line cutting in front of everyone else so that they get first dibs on sandwiches and don't have to wait. Won't be coming here ever again. I'll go to Al & Joes or firehouse subs where the service and professionalism of a business mean something. Management here sucks. read more

Went here last night to pick up sandwiches for dinner. Both my husband's and my sandwiches were FANTASTIC. But the best part of my experience here was DANIEL - the guy who made our sandwiches. I downloaded the Jimmy John's app, and placed an order on my way back from work. I got there to pick up my husband's sandwich and mine and the girl gave me attitude saying that is wasn't ready. I had to wait 20 minutes so our sandwiches were ready. Once I got home, my husband noticed our sandwiches weren't done the way we asked. I called the store talked to the manager on duty. He apologized for the inconvenience and refunded one of the sandwiches. I went another day, and turns out that he refunded our sandwich and on top of that he gave us a free sandwich, which was a store credit of $7.25 (including the delivery fee). Super nice of him! Recently we called around to see which local food places offered FREE delivery. Jimmy John's was happy to advertise No Delivery Charge and no minimum. So today I ordered a #3 Totally Tuna sandwich and when it was delivered and then questioned, I was told by the store manager that delivery orders get charged a higher price than the little black menu advertises. This is so very disappointing and so deceiving to your customers, just to think that Jimmy John's can get away with that kind of BS. Note to Jimmy Johns: No Delivery charge means, no extra charge! Charging your customers a dollar more per sandwich then you advertise is just not acceptable. We are taking you off our weekly ordering schedule for our company meals, so disappointed! Funny thing is when you go around to businesses looking for them to place orders with your store, don't forget to mention the higher prices you will be charging them when you deliver their orders! read more

I go to a Jimmy Johns once or twice a week for lunch. You walk in and you're greeted by the team with a welcome hello. I like the sandwiches because they are consistent, fresh, & just the right amount of the right ingredients. I like to eat healthy and just have tap water with the sandwich. The soda, cookies, and chips take away from that plus just add calories. The interior is clean and the music playing helps enjoy my time while I eat my lunch. Customer appreciation or slap in the face?? I've been a patron at this location for about 2 years now... it's proximity to my work is the reason I frequent here. Today, it's been well advertised on the radio that JJ will have $1 subs for "customer appreciation" from 11am - 3pm. I pulled up to this location at 10:55am only to find a banner above the door advertising 25% off the $3.98 sandwiches and a large sign on the door letting the customers know that this location would not be honoring the $1 deal, and gave a short list of other (somewhat) local JJ's that will be honoring the deal. As I decided I would still purchase here considering the drive to another location would take another 15-20 minutes. At 11am, there was a line of about 20 customers standing around the door, employees behind the counter ignoring the knocks and line itself. A Starbucks employee from next door finally got someone's attention, she moseyed herself to the door opened it and declared to all the customers in line "I could open the door, but the sale doesn't start till 11:03" REALLY, I'm mean seriously... not only are you shafting your customers out of the advertised deal and only giving them $1 off ($3.98 -25%), now you insult them further by denying to serve anyone for an additional 3 minutes. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I will never come to this location again. I decided after that to get back in my car and leave... I refuse to have a fast food restaurant insult me any further. So I went to the Elmhurst location where EVERYONE was friendly and they had the line down to a science. read more

This location is very convenient in relation to where I work. I know I can always count on Jimmy John's when I am in a pinch and need a quick sandwich that can be easily delivered. I will say that although it it is delivered reliably, when ordering online, there is always at least one piece my order that isn't followed. This is typically in the form of asking for napkins, cutting the sandwich in half, or asking for a drink without ice. Fast service, at the price of overlooking specific orders. read more

First time coming to this location and asked for a sub without cheese or Mayo and they weren't capable of doing that. Also couldn't even supply me with a plastic bag to carry my items Jersey Mike's Subs and Firehouse Subs are close enough to avoid this dump. Thanks for the waste of $15! read more

I'm a vegetarian who doesn't always easily find good places to eat, but this Jimmy John's location is a great place to grab a quick meal, especially for those who only have a few minutes. I've never had food delivered from here, but when I walk in, the food is prepared within minutes. It's also very filling. When I buy a full sandwich, I'm filled by just half and am able to leave the other half for a snack. I like to eat healthy, and Jimmy John's sandwiches provide me a fresh, healthy sandwich.
