My 'hot' sandwich that you've been advertising showed up luke warm at best. I need to reward it back up now. On top of that, your driver entered the neighborhood on a one-way, DO NOT ENTER sign. This is the second time I have came in here, today I walked out, said would go to subway. I want a sandwich with what I want on it! Not one they have on their menu, simple? Guess not!!!! Girl was very rude about it, frankly it pissed me off!!!!! Ham, lettuce, onions, green peppers, jalapeño peppers. That is all I wanted on my sandwich, she acted like it was the biggest thing ever! Today is the second (and LAST) time my order took over an hour to arrive from just a few miles away. My lunch is from 12-12:30 and here it is 12:15 and I STILL don't have my sammich. I ordered at 11:10 to be sure it would give them plenty of time to be here at noon. I called right at noon to check to make sure they received my order and was told that it was out with a driver. Lie. I don't pay a delivery fee PLUS a tip (over $17.00!) for the order to never arrive or take 60+ minutes to arrive. An hour wait for two sandwiches to be delivered less than a mile away is not "freaky fast". Upon calling the restaurant to speak to a manager to find out why my entire order wasn't delivered, I'm told I'll have to wait another 45 minutes for the rest of my order because "only one driver is doing deliveries right now". After getting tired of waiting 45 minutes to an hour for my orders to be delivered, I decided to start picking up my orders. Only to find out a crew of 3 people at the restaurant, non of which were wearing masks in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. extremely bad service and the rudest employees you're likely to encounter while seeking out freaky fast sandwiches/delivery. basically they don't actually deliver sandwiches. ive ordered both from their website and also from doordash, both to separate addresses, on separate days. the science is cut and dry: this jimmy johns does not actually deliver sandwiches. what is interesting is they *do* try to charge you for the sandwiches that they aren't delivering. i look forward to finding out if the pending credit card charge for tonight's nonexistent sandwiches goes through. if so, i will contact my credit card provider about their fraud. i did have an eventful conversation with Joe as all conversations with Joe are quite eventful. he will accost you for wanting your sandwich, scoff in your face when you explain you feel like your thirty dollars should buy you more than just his insouciant attitude, and then he will yell at you while he SLAMS the phone down on the receiver (do phones still have receivers? how do you get that loud clacking sound when you're telling your customers to go to hell, Joe?). i hope this review helps people. definitely do not trust this jimmy johns location with your credit card information and do not pay them for anything you do not have IN HAND unless you're trying to donate to Joe and his friends without receiving any product in return. TL;DR freaky fast at melting down at you over the phone when you want the sandwiches you paid for. freaky fast at charging that credit card you punched in on the website. but the sandwiches never arrive. you paid for nothing. you're still hungry and the sun is down and jimmy johns is closing and Joe wants you to get off the phone. he's going to hang up on you. and your sandwiches never arrived. read more

Asked for a number 1 with light lettuce and they gave me a number 1 with no ham and extra pepper and no lettuce. I also asked for a number 16 with no tomatoes they gave me a number 16 with extra tomatoes and no lettuce. They were not out of lettuce. How does making a sandwich this bad even happen? If I could give this place and the manager (Alexis) negative stars I would. took my order, charged me, told them my delivery location . They were familiar with the delivery location and said "sure". Then they call me two minutes before the delivery ( I placed it way way in advance) and say, Oh we can't. Leaving my kids I was trying to serve at school lunch less. The manager was indifferent and in essence, told me "good luck to you and f-off". I only wish I could do more damage to this business than this post. Whoever owns this place should know that the "kids" that run his/her business are taking away from their bottom end. I am sure of that! If my interaction with Alexis was typical, you desire to go out of business--or at least barely scrape by. know I will go out of my way to bad mouth this store every chance I get. If you want Jimmy Johns go to another store. This store doesn't care about you even enough to fix an easily fixable mistake. I was depending on them for lunch, now we are lunchless.
