It is not possible for this place to be worse. I have written a review before about how long you have to wait in line. So, I kinda stopped going. Then I thought I would give it another chance. I made a previous review and since then have order quite a bit more. It seems to me if you use the app and add or remove any items 100% of the time they'll get it wrong. If you visit in store your order will more than likely be correct. Choose wisely. read more

I am use to walking in and the person at the register/counter welcoming me. Well... that stared at me like, are you ordering... If you acknowledge me and that you are prepared to receive my order, then yes, I am ready to order! The order was correct and the sandwich was wonderful. read more

In town for a baseball event at MSU. 1 Star is for website said opens at 10:30. Needed to get subs for players by 11. The workers inside kept doors locked and said through the door they didn't open until 11. Either workers are not opening timely or you need to change the time on the web. This jimmy johns is so fast and so good. I've had a delivery from there the past three days and not once has it taken more than 15 minutes. The food is good and the convenience of having the fast delivery is amazing. I would say if you are hungry and need it fast this is definitely they place!! read more

This Jimmy John's is just as good as any other. Pay no attention to that other review that says there's no selection and you can't add or remove ingredients. They have 18+ sandwich options and you can customize as you wish. I always get an Italian Night Club with no mayo or tomato and add hot peppers. Don't forget their awesome salt and vinegar chips too! read more

The general manager Chrystal and her staff were both very nice. We were driving through on our way out of state and made a quick stop to eat. The GM was very accommodating and friendly. Definitely recommend this Jimmy John's. read more

This place more than disappointed. I can see the signs on the wall are trying to be funny, but they're not funny when the employees take them literally. For example, the sign "work like you don't need the money" was carried out to it's fullest by the employees. No sense of urgency and they looked at us like we had five heads when we made simple requests like extra bacon or add oil and vinegar. Not the most competent of staff members. Next, I was expecting something new and different since I've only seen jimmy johns scattered, but it was basic cold sandwiches, freezing cold bacon, and not even an option to toast the bread! When we asked to warm the bacon we were simply told "sorry we can't." No further explanation. I'd rather subway where I can at least modify my sandwich a little compared to the most basic of options. Jimmy John's is more than unimpressive and I would never recommend. read more

They raised their prices and suddenly the food took a huge dip in quality. I typically ordered in sandwiches when I was too busy working to leave my desk for long, because it's a better, less messy option than the other delivery options in town. Now I honestly think I'll take greasy pizza and chicken over sandwiches with day-old, wilted lettuce -- an issue I've had on more than one occasion. Gross! read more

Good food good service except the owner is rude, i had a coupon with no expiration date and he argued with me about it.

too high for a sub and if you ask not to put something on a sandwich they pretty much tell you no and thats no way to treat people. bathrooms are a wreck and theres no way someone can afford a 7 dollar sub that is a s big as nothing no way im eating there again. poor poor service read more
