The staff at this location is a joke, they don't help you at all over the phone! Don't go here it is a waste of money

The customer service was horrible. "Mia" was rude and very immature. Treated not only myself but her coworker and other customers with disrespect. Clearly she doesn't want to be working with or around anyone. Definitely not going to be returning with people like that taking my order. If its such an inconvenience to reply with a simple "you're welcome" after someone says "thank you" then dont allow your customers to have the inconvenience to deal with employees that have no manners or respect. read more

I've always loved Jimmy John's for a quick, semi-healthy lunch. I've never had an issue until moving to Moscow. For a business that says that they are "freaky fast" I'm a killer confused. It's more like frickn' slow and painful. I have about a half dozen orders from here and I like to use the mobile app to get the rewards. You would think that a mobile order would be ready 20-30 minutes after you order. Nope! I only get an hour for lunch and when I spend my time sitting and waiting for my lunch and then don't have time to eat it, I get frustrated. That's my experience. Ordered my sandwich off the app, and got a confirmation email right after. It took over an hour to get my 1 sandwich. Kinda wack.

Maybe it's just my own bad luck, but I've had two times now where my order took 40+ minutes to arrive to me, when my house is a three minute drive from the restaurant. I'm assuming it's just a low staff issue, but it's hard to want to order again. Came in (albeit late at night) and the cashier wouldn't look me in the eye. I told him my order, and said twice to not have veggies. Wait a few minutes, my order is called up. I go to the counter to grab it. All the staff have their backs to me and are talking amongst themselves. I grab the sandwich, say thank you, get no response back. Ordered at 10:30 am, it's about 12:40 and still no food. Mind you I ordered one sandwich and one drink. Keep getting jerked around by staff, on hold for twelve minutes at a time. They said it was coming right out when I called 45 minutes ago, called back and they did it's actually going out this time (for really reals, we swear!). Food is okay but super slow. Delivery is awful. Takes over an hour to get delivered. Even in person orders are slow but manageable

When I place a delivery order I never know if it's going to arrive in 15 minutes or 2 hours. Or if it'll make it to my door or be dropped of down the street. Quite recently it's been more of the latter for both, which is why I'm disappointed, because this is my go-to place to order sandwiches. But it really kills my lunch hour when I don't know if I'll get to eat in time or not. read more

I have ordered delivery a few times, however the last two really stand out. The first time my Club lulu came with just bacon and lettuce, and none of the free extras, or the extras I was charged for. The second time the order came correctly, but with the requested mustard and mayonnaise packets inside of the sandwich between the avocado and mayo, and then rolled into the wrapper. read more

I love Jimmy John's sandwiches. All the ingredients and meats are cut fresh daily in store and the bread is all cooked fresh in store. Day old bread is not served for sandwiches but customers can buy a loaf for 50 cents which is a nice way to get rid of the bread without wasting it. Jimmy John's prides itself on customer service and every customer is greeted with a smile when they walk in the door. I can also vouche for the freaky fast delivery! The delivery fees are minimal so you can help the drivers out by tipping them a little extra for their gas and effort to get your food to you as quickly as possible, rain or shine :) read more

This is the worst Jimmy Johns I've ever been to. 99% of what they put on the sand which is just shredded lettuce. If you pay for extras, like extra cheese, it always comes with the same amount. I order from here quite a bit and delivery is always extremely quick, like advertised. Last time I ordered, the delivery guy was riding a bike and he was barely able to talk because of how hard he was breathing. The sandwiches are always great, also. So my friends and I wanted some good sandwiches with some French bread. We called in around 10 pm and we read online they don't close till 12 am. They lied to us over the phone and saying they would be able to make 11 sandwiches and he put us on hold and came back around 2 minutes later and said they closed about 2 minutes ago and wouldn't be able to make a delivery. My friends and I are crushed. We were forced to order stuff from dominos. This is a disgrace. As tears drop down our faces while we're eating our cheesy sticks, jimmy johns will rue this day. I was at Jimmy John's last night (4/4/17) and I was walking in to order a sandwich when I locked both my keys and phone in my car. Your employees (Skyler and Tyler) were so friendly and helpful that they both looked up places I could call to find someone to unlock my car and Tyler let me use his phone since mine was in my locked car. After I got my car unlocked and my keys back, I went back in to order a sandwich and they paid for it for me. Seriously, it made my week and it meant so much! It definitely turned around my night. 3 times in a row I got a sandwich delivered and it wasn't even put together. The ingredients were more than half way out of the sandwich and the bread wasn't even cut down the middle properly. I finally had enough and returned the third sandwich only to be told that my hunters club with vito meat had too much meat to be made correctly. Really!!! The gargantuan has twice the meat and twice the extras! Pullman is only a few minutes away so if you really want Jimmy Johns I suggest you make the extra trip. This is one of my favorite places to order from in the Moscow area! I order the same sandwich every time and have yet to receive an unsatisfactory order or low quality service. The food is good...no problems there. But not a family friendly place. The workers were swearing the whole time with our five year old in the restaurant. I'm fine with that language if it's just me around even though probably not the impression you want to leave with customers, but to be swearing like a sailor around small children is unacceptable. The service was terrible. My family has used their service for a long time because they we're a good company to get meals through. Every time we have had them to deliver & it was never a problem. Last night I called them up as normal to order lunch for my husband that works graveyards. The person on the phone told me they didn't deliver to where we live. I told them they have many times including the other day. They still told us they didn't deliver to my address. That's going on with that. My family will never do business with them again. Even fresh cut meat does not make up for disrespectful staff. Atleast on 02/25/18. The place was clean and the hoagies were good. My favorite thing to order is a number 1 with light lettuce extra mayo tomato with a tub of pickles. They are super fast and when they messed up my sandwich they fixed it right away. read more

I ordered the #4. As always, they we pretty busy because it was during the lunch rush but still managed to get me in and out the door quickly. When I was at the counter to order the order taker (Bell) was very friendly and knowledgable about the menu. The only comment I have is to make the sandwiches a little more neatly.
