When you just want pizza and you don't want to pay a fortune, Domino's has you covered! We were staying at the Monarch Motel around the corner and were walking over to a very popular Italian restaurant across the street. Unfortunately when we arrived, it was so busy. Fortunately, Domino's came to the rescue. We spotted the familiar logo and decided to skip a fancy meal and the bill. So we ran across the street and the stars were in alignment because my daughter ran into an old friend who we didn't know lives and works in Moscow! We placed an order and sat and waited and chatted with the friend. Within a reasonable amount of time, the order was ready. We ordered one medium specialty pizza. It was a spinach and Alfredo sauce combination that was delicious and we ordered pepperoni cheesy bread with a Caesar salad. It was the perfect late dinner for 3 people with leftovers. Score we spent under 25 bucks for dinner!!! This Domino's had plenty of space to eat in or take out and of course you can always call and have an order delivered. What's really nice about this town is that everything's walkable and safe. So if you live or are staying nearby, it's perfectly easy to go pick up an order. We noticed a few college kids eating dinner in the Domino's dining room and that's always an option as well. read more

I haven't had D's since the 80's, Air Force days in Biloxi MS. My wife and I got into a discussion about who has better pizza and she did not want to try Domino's. However, hunger won out, we stopped in, and it did not disappoint. The service was fantastic with great professional attitudes, the Pizza was really outstanding and has opened up a new option for us, a new favorite, actually, Here in Eagle, with all of the pizza competition, Domino's knocked this one out of the park. I ordered a supreme, large, and asked for a little extra sauce. It was fantastic. Fresh quality ingredients, a nice Parmesan coated crust, and piping hot. We will definitely be returning to the Star Idaho Domino's on State Street. read more

After attempting to order a pizza online with a 50% off coupon (that only be used online), I was told that Dominos was unable to deliver to my area which is only a 5 minute drive away. After calling and speaking with one of the Domino's workers, not only was she super polite, she honored the coupon even though I ordered it over the phone, and set me up with my delivery order! We usually dont have problems with dominos but the other night we ordered and Monica, whos manager took our order and was very rude, also when we got pizza all the toppings were deliberately piled on to one piece. Their pizzas are better by far than they used to be but their sandwiches are out of this world!! Our order came in about 15 minutes, which was 20-25 minutes faster than they told us it would be when we called. Delivery driver had outstanding customer service that left my staff in awe. I'm staying at a hotel so I called this store to make sure it was the closest to me before ordering online. Spoke to KYLEE and she was very pleasant to speak with. She confirmed I had the closest store so I told her I'd order online for delivery. Upon check out, the website unknowingly changed my order to carry-out so I called the store again to see what I could do. I assumed I'd need to replace the order and in doing so, probably wouldn't receive the online "deals". I spoke to CODY and he changed my order to delivery without having to reorder and he even waived the delivery fee for MY convenience. I'm very pleased with the customer service I received! The pizza arrived in less than 30 min, was hot, and made to order. I have now had 2 experiences that required me to communicate with the manager Ana. The first time she was taking my order and at the end of the order I let her know that I previously ordered a pizza and it was missing sauce in some spots, cheese, and not to mention the cook did not leave any crust. Her response... None she did not even acknowledge me I had to ask her to please assure me that she heard what I just said to her. She responded with a cold "ya I heard you". The second experience is from today, I ordered a build your own pasta. I spoke to a man on the phone and explained that I wanted to have green peppers and onions with Alfredo sauce. The next thing I said to him was that it was very important to me that the consistency was that of soup. Running my pasta half way after it going all the way through the oven was my last request because I wanted it to be warm enough (I have ordered this in Hayden and have no trouble what so ever) I went on to tell him that I am pregnant and sorry for being so specific. He told me it would be no problem and my request was not impossible. I received my food from the delivery driver and it was not a soupy consistancy it was burnt and dry. By the time I knew that this was the case the delivery driver was gone. So I called the store and Ana answered. I let her know that I was very specific with my order and it was not correct. She said "It said double sauce and that is what I did" I explained what I had said to the guy I ordered from and she said that the reason my sauce was all gone was because I wanted it to go through the oven half way... I asked her how the Hayden store was able to do it and she was not. She argued that I did not order enough sauce and that it cant be ran through the additional time. I said fine send it back to me that way then and she hung up on me. My order arrived and it had plenty of sauce but was cold( the reason that I wanted it to go back through the oven). Needless to say Moscow domino's in my opinion needs to teach this girl some customer service skills or they should replace her immediately. read more

Overall the price and the quality of the pizza and cheeses stuffed breadsticks are really good. They just need to use a little less sauce on the pizza and provide more drink options that just soda. It would be nice to order ice tea with my pizza .. I ordered nothing to drink because I don't drink soda anymore. The delivery driver could of actually parked outside of the front of the Wallace Residence center rather than way the heck behind the building. I gave clear instructions on my online order and gave the main street name that is in front of the building. I was disappointed in the customer service and the online ordering simulation glitches because their ordering program did not tell me the dude was coming.The pizza dude called me when he got there and I had ti call him back because he was on the wrong side of the building. read more

I had this pizza and it was VERY good. The cheese was great because there was a good amount and it tasted fresh. The sauce had a hint of spice in it that added a lot of flavor. The garlic seasoning made the crust more flavorful. I normally don't like crust but the seasoning made it a lot better. The pizza also looked very appealing and it had a nice texture. The only con is that it was a little pricy compared to Little Caesar's. read more

I got raw dough and instead of fixing it the owner screamed and threatened me.....I then immediately complained to corporate (which can not do anything because she is a franchise).....within 4 minutes of complaining to cooperate she called me repetitively screaming and finally when I did not answer her calls anymore she left a message on my phone saying I am banned from ever ordering or receiving food from her store.....Lets just say when I called corporate back they were irritate as well especially after I played a recording of her behavior towards me on the phone. Wish I could give zero stars! Called to order delivery, it was roughly 11:15 pm, late, I know, but I had just gotten off an 8 hour shift and didn't want to cook. I asked what brand of soda they carried, the guy responded with coke. I then asked if they had orange soda, to which he replied yes they did. I then said, great, please add a bottle of orange soda to my order then. The order was delivered with no soda and no itemized receipt; only the credit card copy. I called to request the soda be redelivered and the same guy answered the phone. He tried to tell me that he had taken my order and that I had not ordered a soda. I reminded him that I asked a few questions about the sodas to try to jog his memory. He finally asked if I would like it redelivered and I said yes. I was in process of asking if they needed the address again when he just hung up on me. I then waited until about 1:30 AM and they never delivered the soda. Forgetting a soda is really not a big deal, I used to deliver for Pizza Hut and I forgot many sodas that I then redelivered. The big deal is the asshole that took my phone calls! I wish I had his name so I could take further action, but nope. I filed a complaint online, but it is a "locally owned Dominos" and they basically were not going to do a damn thing about it. Dominos used to be my favorite, but now I doubt I'll ever order from them again. read more
