Absolutely the dirtiest place I've been to in a while. Where they make sandwiches was filthy... he had to wipe the bottom of my bread off when he picked it up. When I walked inside I was greeted by multiple people. I ordered my #12 which is the beach club and before I walked away from the register my sandwich was ready. Their jalapeño chips are to die for. Truth this location is very hit or miss. I've had great experiences and bad. Today, I got a which for the first time and mine was amazing. But my friend got one as well just ate hers 10 minutes later than me and hers was a soggy mess. The last time I ordered from them it took the delivery OVER AN HOUR! It keeps showing out for delivery for about 40 mins. I left feedback on the website and within a week I had the regional manager email me giving me a free sandwich and apologizing for the inconvenience. My issue is with the store on Washington Avenue. Three times in the past two months I have ordered for delivery. Every time the tracker shows the time the order is received. The first time I called the store an hour later because I had yet to receive my order at which point they said it would be at least another hour. Cancelled the order. Second try I get a call from the store about 45 minutes later apologizing for the delay. 15 minutes later they call back to say they're too busy to deliver. Thinking third time is a charm I tried again just now. Thirty minutes after they received the order they Called to tell me they have no idea when they can deliver because they only have two drivers. I cancelled. I get being busy but come on-- don't offer delivery and don't advertise being freaky fast. Its misleading. read more

I just bought the Chicken Caesar Wrap and let me tell you, I travel a lot for my job and have been to plenty of fancy restaurants but this Chicken Caesar wrap is one of the BEST meals let alone wraps i've ever had in my life! I'm very disappointed in this location. I have done hundreds and hundreds of dollars with this location for my events through my business. Went there today, waited 15 minutes for a sandwich, and then the sandwich wasn't even right then. as I come back to the store to. redo my order and they tell me it's laying on the counter. I took the wrong order. The manager handed me the sandwich and said this is your order. So I wasted 45 minutes of my day to deal with this. Then they were rude on top of that. They took an hour long on my food and i live 7 minutes away and they took longer than 30 minutes to deliver.

Always a disappointment now. Their first few years they were freaky fast and the food was great. But the last few years they've gone completely to rock bottom. Sandwiches may sit for 40 minutes before they get into your hands, so that by the time you eat them (even when you're just 2 miles away) they're nothing but a slimy mess. I keep saying I won't eat anymore, and every 7 or 8 months I try again hoping they've improved, and they have not, and each new experience is worse than the previous one. If you like a mediocre sandwich with adittude from the staff then visit the Jimmy John's in Mount Pleasant Wi. You will have the best visit, that is if you prefer a staff that is lacking in customer service and pleasantries. I like jj and order from them a lot and don't have many issues with except for today. my job is literally 5 minutes away. I got the notification saying it was out for delivery. So after 20 minutes I call to see where my sandwich is at because it's taken so long. Manager get on phone and says "it's out for delivery want me to call him"? Waited over an hour before I called to find out what was going on. The "manager" said they tried to get a hold of me to tell me I was out of the delivery zone. (No phone calls what so ever)Being 1.5 miles away, I asked him to explain. According to whatever mapping system they use, I was almost in Kenosha. They handled the situation extremely poorly. Should have went with pizza to begin with. Will never order from this place again. Everybody else doesn't seem to have an issue finding the address but they do. This place has improved a lot. The people who worked there were very friendly! Our food was done in less than a minute and it was delicious! Every part of the meal was amazing and fantastic! I was in on Saturday since I was in the neighborhood ,I usually have them deliver and have never had a complaint. Well while waiting at the counter 3 young men that weren't doing anything were making monkey sounds to each other while I'm standing there, Finally a young lady that was making sandwiches with 2 other women and 1 young curly headed boy asked me if I wanted to place an order and called one of the chimps over to assist me. I gave him my order twice that I wanted the multi-grain bread. well chimp #2 whipped up a sandwich with the wrong bread. The young lady got the order right, so I went to go sit down and noticed some crumpled napkins on the floor and the table I sat down at was filthy with soda rings and drippings and some lettuce. I wiped it off myself and sat down to eat. The curly headed boy making sandwiches starting spraying chimp #2 with a spray bottle as I ate my sandwich. In the mean time chimp #3 walked past the garbage on the floor twice in addition to 3 other employees walking past the garbage on the floor. I've always ordered my sub's to be delivered and they've delivers to my house plenty of times until the last time I called and they said they don't deliver to my house anymore? They have probably delivered to my place at least 20 times and they just randomly tell me they can't deliver to my house anymore? That's not right.
