On July 23, I ordered from Jimmy John's and my order was incorrect. The store told me they would put my name "in the book" so I could redeem a free sub on a future order. Yesterday, I called the Neenah Jimmy John's (Store #0623) to redeem that sub and placed a delivery order. I was informed there were no Jimmy John's drivers available, so the order would be delivered through a third-party service. That was perfectly fine with me. The order was expected around 6:45 p.m. A little after 7:00 p.m., my husband received a text saying it had been delivered. Unfortunately, it was delivered to the wrong address. My husband immediately called the store to explain what happened. The employee he spoke with, Chris, was extremely rude (we were on speaker). At one point, she told him, "I don't have to help you." When my husband tried to explain the situation, she sarcastically said, "Bye," and hung up on him. I called back and spoke with the manager, Alex. She claimed there were phone issues, but that wasn't what happened. Chris intentionally ended the call after saying "bye." Alex then told me I would have to contact DoorDash for a refund because they handled the delivery. That didn't make sense to me since I placed the order directly with Jimmy John's, not DoorDash. I asked to speak with the store manager's supervisor, district manager, or owner, but Alex said she could not provide any contact information. It's hard to believe there is no way for a customer to escalate a serious complaint to someone above the store level. After getting nowhere, receiving conflicting information, and dealing with rude customer service, I ended the call. In the end, I never received my food, never got my replacement sub, and never received a refund. This was the worst customer service experience I've had. So we went there tonight and apparently two of the workers got into a fight one has disabilities. The other one does not, and they were all on something. I love the food from Jimmy John's every time but this location has got to be the slowest one I've ever used. I schedule my orders ahead of time (usually before they even open) for midday or evening. They are always late, even though I live a few minutes away. If I schedule my order for 12 PM, it usually arrives somewhere between 12:35-1PM..... not freaky fast at all for me lol read more

It's a Jimmy John's, so you know what you're getting. I have relied on this Jimmy John's location for delivery way more times than I should probably admit. They are awesome. Out of the dozens and dozens of times I've ordered delivery, there have only been two mistakes and they were fixed RIGHT AWAY with no fuss and no issues. Online ordering makes it super easy to avoid calling on days when you just don't want to deal with the phone. They are wicked quick, even during rush times and the sandwiches are made well so you can eat them without having pieces falling all over the place. You really can't go wrong here. read more

In the beginning, there was Subway. Then I discovered Cousin's, and thought they were the best "chain" sub around. Now I know that Jimmy John's is the true sub Messiah, and I'm sad that there isn't a franchise here in the UP for me to enjoy! Jimmy John's meats and cheeses are of excellent quality. I always order The Hunter - roast beef and provalone, on french bread with lettuce and mayo. They have REAL dill pickles, and as there is no fryer they only offer chips... but they make their own brand, and the Jalapeno ones are really good. The food tastes very good and I am a frequent consumer. However today July 14th 2021 I ordered food at 11:18am for delivery "as soon as possible". I did not realize that meant 2 hours from my order point. The food may taste good but the delivery service does not make me confident in the store. read more

I had the BLT sub and I would have to say Jimmy Johns is using really good quality stuff, and as their commercial claims they are freaky fast with the subs. Where there was a small problem was with the register the attendant at the register was trying to replace the receipt tape but was unsuccessful after several attempts. I was kinda laughing to myself because I had my sub before I even go to pay for it;) it was a good thing I was not in a hurry. I was throughly disappointed when my 9 year old brothers sandwich was forgotten in our order we placed over the phone. My brother loves Jimmy Johns so so much he was in tears when we opened up the bag and saw that his sandwich was missing. After we discovered this I pondered what I should do. I decided to call Jimmy Johns and ask them to deliver him his sandwich. We live about a mile away from Jimmy johns. When I called they said we lived out of their range. Come on Jimmy johns. One mile? We where throughly displeased with this service because they would not deliver him his sandwich after we had paid for it and then it was forgotten in our order. I would give 0 if I could, I work for a cool company that makes videos that are very popular, Caught myself having a conversation with the gentleman who was making my sandwich about videos and his future plans in life. It was about 5 minutes in before the Manager whom ever he was wish I caught his name, Came around the corner barking orders at this kid, telling him to make the sandwich faster and if he's going to make the sandwich or talk to me more. As I was leaving because the manager basically walked me out at this point because I had been there too long? Who knows or cares? The kid making my sandwich said "sorry I am just talking about my future" TO HIS MANAGER. At this point the manager said "Well this is my career and I am not worried about yours besides you making my delivery order." I don't want a refund or anything just want you to know that this was the worst Jimmy Johns experience I have ever had. Really hope homies attitude changes quickly. This Jimmy John's is bulltshit! We lived across the highway, and they delivered to us no problem...we moved closer (on the same side of the highway now), and they won't deliver to us anymore! We live only 1 mile away, and we can't get service...they'll deliver to the west of us (further away), but still not to us...almost directly South. Super unimpressed with management here after talking to them about the situation. Really turned us off of Jimmy John's. read more
