I have no idea what your employee training program is but I am impressed. How you can hire, manage and train your people to be so customer freindly, knowledgable in their area and generally helpfull is beyond me. I don't usually review grocery stores but I just need to say, Festival Neenah is like Disney World. I would know because I'm a Floridian and grew up on Disney. I say this because when I walked into Festival, ALL of the employees were like, "Good morning!" "Hello! Welcome!" "Is there anything I can help you with?" "How are you today?" Smiles EVERYWHERE. Great grocery store with a huge selection and amazing customer service. They have a large produce & meat departments as well as liquor store. They also have a sizable organic selection. This location also has a unique cafe above the deli. Purchase lunch/dinner/snack in the deli and eat in the cafe above. The entire store includes free wifi. I'm a huge fan of Festival Foods, and it's definitely my go-to grocery store in the area. It's well stocked, clean, and, best of all, has great customer service. There's always a checkout line open with little to no wait, and the cashiers and baggers do a great job. You can tell that most of the employees enjoy working there and, in my experience, they act very professionally. The deli and bakery, in particular, are fantastic and deliver a large array of high-quality products. I always can find some great things just browsing through these departments, and I'm never disappointed by the product once I bring it home. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I've noticed on many occasions that some expired dairy products would still be in the case. More than once, I've picked up some yogurt or milk only to see that it had expired several days ago. read more
