Here are the things we take in consideration. 1 ordered 2 bag as of chips and received zero. 2 tomatoes on sandwiches were green, who wants to eat that. 3 nowhere to tell them we didn't receive items. 4 asked for them sandwiches to be cut in half and didn't. 5 asked for cheese on one sandwich, paid extra, and wasn't in there. As someone who is a huge fan of Jimmy John's, my visit at this store last week was truly frustrating. First, I ordered through the app and used the coupon 5OFF20 for my order. It worked and took the $5 off my order but then the app restart, removed the coupon without me realizing, and charged without the discount. I asked both corp as well as the store to correct the issue and they refused. On top of that, I asked for the deli meat to be wrapped up separately (which I have had done at many Jimmy John's store in the past and I was told flat out no. There is no reason that this should be allowed. There is no difference of having the meat put on the side vs the sandwich. I explained that the sandwich was for a pregnant friend who has to heat the meat up in the microwave before consuming for safety and they still refused. So not only did I not get the $5 off but the sandwich that was made for my pregnant friend went to waste because she could not eat it since they put the meat on the sandwich itself. This location, the cashier is not very friendly, added cheese to my order when I said I didn't want cheese on any of them. Didn't give me me a receipt, I wasn't sure how I would know which order was mine. I really like Jimmy John's sandwiches but I'm usually disappointed by this location. Today was the worst. I ordered 3 sandwiches and all had HARD bread that had to be older than 2 days. Both tuna sandwiches had very little tuna and the turkey sandwich had one slice of turkey and nearly an entire head of lettuce on it. SO SO SO disappointed. I would eat Jimmy John's every day for every meal just because of the service here. Everytime I come in everyone is genuinely nice and makes it a great experience. Whenever I call they know my name, which I instantly appreciate, even if they know it from my phone number in their system. I'm writing this post because while I was eating at this location yesterday, a man walked in, ordered, and left literally within 2 minutes. I don't even think it was 2 minutes! I was literally mind blown. I've gotten to know a few of the people from this location simply because of the unforgettable customer service I've gotten every time I've ordered from this location. I always get extra mayo and no tomatoes, David sometimes repeats it "extra tomatoes, no mayo?" Normally I would worry that my food would be wrong, but by the time he finishes asking me, he's already done putting my extra mayo on and skipping the tomatoes. Amber has always been extremely sweet and helpful! Whenever I come in and she's working I know I'm gonna get a big smile from her after I order my food. Jerry, from what I can tell, is the manager. Coming from a manager in the customer service industry, he does a great job managing his team AND working side by side with them. Whenever I can't make it in to see these awesome people, I'll always call for a delivery. Most of the time the same guy, brings my order and like the others, I've come to know from visiting JJs regularly. First time experience JJ, it was set off in he back of new shopping plaza in peachtree city across from the walmart ; not inly was the dinning area clean the associates were very helpful with letting me know what the menu consists off. I ordered two subs only and when the total was given i was even more surprised it was like11$ for two 8 inch. Not only is the subs more tasty than for instance Sunbway the ingredients was also fresher as well and can bery much taste it. Between JJ AND Jersey Mikes i still haven't decided which is better for now i will just go to which ever one my taste buds call for. But overall definitely my new Sub eatery. read more

I'm shocked by all the negative reviews, I LOVE this place. I don't eat here much but when I do I'm never disappointed. I typically order and have my food delivered to my job when I want to try something different. They take always take a max of 10, maybe 15 on a slow day to deliver my food from the time I hang up the phone after ordering. My only complaint is the prices. It's a bit pricey for what you get but the food is always fresh and I just love the many options they have. I highly recommend! read more

Went here for lunch with the Wife. She got the #5 - The Vito, and I got the #9 - Italian Night Club. Made them both a combo with Chips and Drinks. Bill was $20.00, which for me is a little steep for a couple of sandwiches, but not too out of line with other spots. Unfortunately, me and my wife both thought that the sandwiches were just about the same as what you would get at Subway, really. Some will disagree I am sure, but both sandwiches really just "Ok", nothing special at all. We both felt that the amount of fillings could have been a little more, except for the lettuce, which was piled on high. Have had better sandwiches right here in PTC. They do have a good selection of different sandwiches on the menu, and the ice in the soda machine is really good. If you want to go to lunch and carry on a conversation, you may have a problem here, the music is way too loud. We had to almost shout at each other across the table. We won't be back to visit, but only becuase there are better out there. read more

Went to Jimmy John's for a lunch sandwich. They have a good selection of sandwiches, with choice of multigrain bread, French sub roll, or Lettuce wrap. I went for Ham and cheese sandwich and iced tea. There was about 30 sec wait to order, and price was $6.55. Indoor seating consists of 3 booths, 2 round tables, and 7 counter chairs. They also have an outdoor table. Seats 27 people inside. They also deliver - 1 or more sandwiches they'll deliver, not sure the delivery area. About 2 min. to get the sandwich, with no tray, no bag, and no napkin. My big disappointment was the sandwich was cold. Bread was fresh, lettuce and tomato were fresh, but I really thought the cheese would be melted and the ham should be hot. Not the case. The staff even wears Shirts: NO Soups, NO Salads, NO Hot Sandwiches. Maybe it's just my preference, but a gourmet sandwich should be hot, or at least the option of toasting it. I thought Subway was the last to offer hot, mostly due to Schlotzky's and Quizno's winning market share, and there's too much sandwich competition for Jimmy Johns not to offer hot/toasted option. Anyway, I could see 5 stars for a fresh, hot tasty sandwich, and the tea was great. Cold, though, is 3 stars. read more
