Cold hot dog and a soda, $12
    Mitch E.

A cold hot dog and a fountain drink for $12?? Took almost 15 minutes to get it, at that. No thanks.

    Friendliest staff!!

So this is the story of a lifetime, quite literally! Me and my wife decided to get married in Five Guys! I asked her where do you want to get married and she said "Five Guys Burgers and Fries" so we called them up and asked if we could get married there! They were so accommodating and they even reserved a space for the ceremony! The staff were super excited and the occasion was joyous! After the ceremony, we had a burger and a milkshake for the reception and those were both delicious. The fries were amazing, and the service was excellent. They even put a board up where we could post a memory of our wedding there. We will never forget how well the staff treated us. We plan to return for a scrumptious cheeseburger with bacon every year on our anniversary. Maybe I'll give the hotdog a go next time. Either way I'd say you should definitely come give this place a shot! The food is amazing the service is great, and the staff are friendly!

I called my order in, when I arrived the cashier asked for my name and immediately had the cooks start making my food. There were Xs on the floor to ensure customers stayed 6 feet apart. There were condiments setup at the door along with drink carriers. There was a sign to remind you to add cheese and bacon to your burger as well. The wait was very reasonable and the employees had the routine down.

The small fry $4.50, and 12oz coke. No fries in the bag.

I will say things have changed here. The amount of fries you get now is more like it used to be. Thank you for fixing this

My favorite "chain" burger place! It is so good that I forget it is not just a local hole-in-the-wall. And that have A-1 streak sauce.

They use Martin's potato bread buns so the buns are super soft and moist. The interior has concrete floors and lots of windows, therefore the interior is extremely noisy and it is hard to hear the cashier, or for the cashier to hear the customer. For that reason, we got our food to go. They do have a sauce bar with lots of sauces, like BBQ, Korean BBQ, buttermilk ranch. Etc. Spouse had the Simple sandwich with a fried filet, he said it was good. He put some of the Korean BBQ sauce on it. I got the BacAvo Ranch, I did put some Korean BBQ sauce on it because I love Korean food. As one can see in the photos, the sandwich was massive. It had so much lettuce on it that I felt like I had a salad too. I am not going to complain about having lots of lettuce since I do need my greens. The fries are hand cut and okay, Probably would have been a little better if we had them right out of the fryer but since we got everything to go, they were not piping hot when we started eating them. There are other locations besides Newnan that we will try in the future. Oh, we downloaded the app and as a reward for signing up we got a free regular fry. They also have custard but we may try some next time.

Decided to finally stop in here cause people talk about it being so delicious so I wanted to see…read morewhat it was all about. Went in ordered a burger with cheese meal with fries extra crispy. I asked for it to be made fresh which is kind of the whole thing so it really wasn't even a request since that's pretty standard. The lady was agreeable to everything that I said as if none of it would be a problem. I see him put the burger in the past, which sits there for over five minutes before they bag it up. I get the fries and they're pale and soggy as if they roll a partially cooked. I went back to the counter, explained to the lady that I asked for extra crispy fries, and the fries that I received were nowhere near that. I also explained that the burger had already been sitting for about five minutes so I would prefer that the entire meal be made over. She got a nasty attitude about it as if I was in the wrong, but went ahead and remade the meal. When I got the food, the fries were now extra crispy, but the burger by no means was fresh and the patties were almost room temperature so much so that the cheese wouldn't even melt over top of the meat. At that point, I just left and figured I would deal with it later. Reached out to corporate a couple times sent a couple emails. Trying to expressed my experience with them with no return phone calls or emails. After a couple calls at the store I finally spoke with the store manager Justin, who didn't really seem too concerned about the experience, but mentioned he would send out a couple value certificates. About two weeks ago, but I didn't receive anything and I happen to be in the area so I decided to just stop by. When I stopped in, I specifically spoke with the store. Manager reminded him of our conversation, and he went ahead and took my order. Once again, I expressed my desire for fresh food and extra crispy fries. So I stand there while they make the food he gives me the bag and once again there's pale almost room temperature fries. So of course once again, I asked them to remake the food because I don't want to wait four or five minutes for fresh fries while the burger sits there and it's cold. I would assume with him knowing the situation that he would be more attentive to making sure the meal was made correctly since it was a remake to a pass poor experience. As I received the remade food, the gentleman in the back starts talking about there's no way the fries cannot be extra crispy now and there's no way that they can be wrong and kind of just had a negative attitude about him that made me feel unwelcome and just a really unprofessional situation. When the reality is, there is a way that they could be not crispy by you not cooking them long enough. At that point I just took the food and left because it just wasn't even worth going back up, saying anything or mentioning the issue again. All in all, I really don't understand what people see in Culver's and maybe it's just this location in general. But the standards are very low, quite frankly the customer service is horrible, and the attention to detail and quality of food is very low. It seemed like a very simple request to ask for fresh food and extra crispy fries when at the end of the day, your marketing campaign is food made fresh to order so it really shouldn't have been an issue where the food was not fresh and it certainly shouldn't have been an issue the second time around. Update. As you can see somebody responded to my review but missed the whole part. I just said I reached out to corporate multiple times and no response so their reply is to reach out to corporate again. It's like the minor details. They just completely ignore and they're oblivious to any kind of customer request or feedback or anything. If I said, I reached out multiple times with no response why would I reach out again just to get the same outcome

The staff is nice and answered our questions. The food did not take too long to get to the table, and the portions were reasonable for the price. I got the bibimbop with beef bulgogi, it was good, the egg was a little overcooked (no runny yolk) but still good. Spouse had the beef bulgogi meal and ordered some kimchi on the side. Additionally, if you order teriyaki chicken, the picture shows vegetables, and you can select "extra vegetables" however it doesn't actually come with vegetables. Confusing? Sure and when you call the shop they tell you it's uber eats problem not theirs even though they DIDN'T PUT THE POTSTICKERS IN THE BAG. Ya see folks, when you order delivery, the shop knows you can't just wait for the food for an hour, then drive in and take it up with them. So, I recommend ordering elsewhere or skipping one of two things: Uber since their people can't check the order or STOLE the potstickers or skip Sweet Krunch all together.
