Sure slow service with 4 people working and hardly any customers. We waited 15 minutes for three sandwiches. Not freaky fast at all!

Absolutely aweful service. Nearly every time that I have ordered from this location, they get it wrong. Wrong chips. Missing sides. Missing additions on the sub. It's not hard to follow a organized printed out receipt, but it seems that the entire staff is illiterate and can't follow simple, bare-bones instructions. read more

Ordered delivery online at around 5 PM. Waited till around 5:50 to call to see where my food was and they told me they were out of delivery drivers. VERY useful information almost an hour ago... Anyway, I went to pick it up and the dirty, rude manager looked annoyed that I wanted my delivery fee and the tip deducted from the balance, since I had to go get it. I mentioned that the appropriate thing to do was comp the order, or at least give a deep discount for the lack of communication. She claimed to have called me, but there were no missed calls or voicemails, and I have very good signal. She dropped the difference owed to me in crinkly bills and sweaty coins and then closed the window. You could tell the sandwich was made an hour ago. It was warm, the bread was soggy, and the mayo was starting to turn a little. I picked out what I could and ate some of it. I didn't ask for a replacement, because to be honest, I don't trust them not to spit or add some other special ingredient for the trouble. Not going back here. read more

They have great one liners all over the place. The sandwiches taste good. I usually get the #4 with sprouts when they have sprouts, and a bag of BBQ chips and a Dr. pepper though less pop lately for health reasons. It may be part of the freaky fast service but I hate the drive thru approach. Just the name of the place, a quick is that it, and the price with no thank you annoys me. As does not being thanked as I drive off with any of the staff in the window except for Boyd who I have not seen lately and has always been kind and the best for service the store has had. I do enjoy the day old bread. I like going inside better. Of anything, the free smells are a delight . I go for the sandwiches and wish the service was better at the drive thru. read more

Second time I received a sandwich with red/pink lettuce. Literally looks like there's blood in it. Also, rude delivery drivers. Throw your food on the counter and walk away. Worst Jimmy John's I've been to. Rude employees and sandwiches are not made well. They are also very slow!! Won't go back.

The food was fresh, delivery was polite and our meal was of exceptional quality. Thank you guys and gals so much. Really hot the spot!

I placed a large catering order here a couple of weeks ago. I ended up selecting a variety of their boxed lunches. The staff was nothing but helpful throughout the process. I order Jimmy Johns for lunch at 10 a.m. and asked it to be delivered at 12:00 for my 25 minut lunch and at 12:10 it still is not here and that is not a very good thing as I have to teach in 15 minutes whether I have lunch or not!!!!!!!!
