Although this Jimmy John's isn't located right off the highway, I ventured deeper into Salina, KS to seek out a decent sandwich while traveling across the state last weekend and it was definitely worth it! As far as Jimmy John's locations go this one was exactly what you would expect, clean, fast, and tasty. Our sandwiches came out quickly, the store and restrooms were very clean (which these travelers appreciated), and our girls enjoyed watching the "sandwich chefs" work their magic while we ate. I really just went in here to try out one of the cookies since Keith Lee on TikTok hyped them up, but I was feeling hungry, so I also got a Bootlegger sandwich (it's got roast beef, turkey, cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes) The best thing about it was the bread. The bread alone was enough to give it praise. It a great texture to it with the right amount of chewiness, and the crust had enough of a bite to give contrast but not a lot to be discomforting. The cookie was amazing too, it was chewy and had the right amount of sweetness to it that it wasn't too much. I'd go there again, but the location of it is kind of awkward. It's located near one of the main roads but it's isolated from the other places like Arby's, Starbucks, etc. But with how quickly they prepped the sandwiches and the price, it's worth the trip once and a while. read more

Ordered a slim 1 which is a simple ham and cheese sandwich. The sandwich had lettuce and tomato on it along with the ham and cheese. I asked the girlfriend if she wanted subway or jimmy John's that night because we had watched the Jared from subway documentary and she said jimmy johns. But I think I will go to subway and risk meeting a predator before going back to jimmy johns. Grass clippings and the worst part of ketchup weren't supposed to be on my sandwich. I give it two stars because the employees were nice and patient with me. And jimmy johns in Salina won't deliver any farther than half a mile because it won't be "freaky fast." read more

Slowest delivery of anywhere in town. Food ok. Freaky mediocre. Freaky slow delivery.

It takes me five seconds to order but every time for delivery it takes them 40 minutes to some times 1hour and 20 minutes to get my food to me! Some times they take it to the wrong address even when I call in to confirm my address! They are suppose to be freak fast but when it takes that long regardless to staffing issues they should at least change there motto!! read more

Clean and presentable and my sub was good. Slowest JJ I've ever experienced. Freaky SLOW. The only downside was the goofball who took my order. Stacks my change and hands it to me so that it dumps all over the counter...then he strolls off. WEIRDEST experience. read more

Standard and good Jimmy John's subs with prices that are lower than you find in major metropolitan areas. Started out ok but then hit these two problems: One - they do not have fresh brewed tea whereas many other JJ locations do. Bummer for me as I bought two fountain drinks before realizing this. Two - my wife ordered a water but she has an aversion to styrofoam. For some it is cotton balls, others nails on a chalk board and some it is styrofoam. They refused to permit her to trade styrofoam for a real cup. Not sure why. It isn't like it would be any more difficult to steal a fountain drink in a styrofoam cup. They missed an opportunity to display good customer service. Can't say I want to rush back. read more

However, this location has messed up my order on multiple occasions and always adds meat when I ask for a veggie (which it doesn't say nor can I eat). They offered me a free sandwhich which was nice, but I have to give 3 stars because it's upsetting to not trust ordering from here. read more

Ordered 2 sandwiches but forgot a pickle so went back in line and ordered a pickle. Got sandwiches and waited until person I ordered pickle after was served first....a pickle. Today I had my third attempt at consuming. Jimmie Johns sub that was ordered for a working lunch group. My previous experiences with Jimmy John's is that everything I tried is chock-full of tiny diced raw onions - which I hate fiercely. And my system does not tolerate raw onions. So I played it safe today and ordered a number 15 tuna sandwich. Lo and behold the tuna sandwich was full of raw onion, even though it was the only ingredient not mentioned on the menu! What's up with that? Shouldn't there really be some onion-free choices on your menu? At least tuna, for heaven's sake! I could only manage two bites, going hungry all day. Please offer some variety for those of us who have to be stuck with JJ office lunches. read more

Sandwiches are always fresh and quickly made.... I can barely get my drink poured by the time I have my sandwich in hand... I have never used the delivery service here, but going in is so easy and fast. There is always a welcoming "Hello" when you enter the door. The price isn't too expensive either. read more

Quality is OK and service is not great. Usually ordering and delivery are very quick but today I was put on hold for 15 minutes with no one to answer the phone and when I called back the gal very jovially apologized and offered me a cookie when I asked for a discount. So much for Freaky Fast, the only reason I spend so much to order from here. And if there's a mistake, you might try to listen to your customer's input on how to make it right. read more

Takes over an hour to get an order correct. When you call and tell them you got the incorrect order and they'll send out another one out to you but when you get the "corrected" order, you STILL get the incorrect order. read more

Worst ever. Buns were so dry you could not eat through them. Ends were like dry toast. Out side of bun was hard and tasteless. Meat cut so thin it had no taste. Most taste was onions. Lucky to have had day old hamburger buns at home or would of pitched the whole thing. The place smelled strange too. Not a place to sit and eat. Will not be going back. read more
