Ordered 3 sandwiches plus an oatmeal cookie. Today's screw ups. Tuna on pita. Greek gyro lamb & beef on a roll. Roast beef sandwich on wheat bread. The only thing right was the cookie. And they never touched that. Gyro should have been on pita!!! Tuna should have been on a roll. Roast beef should have been on a whole wheat roll ( which I now understand they don't use) but it ended up on whole wheat bread! How can you screw up an entire $28 order and smile! Unacceptable. While I was waiting for a movie at the theater across the parking l ot, I figured I would try this place, instead of the other eatreries in the complex. I'm glad I did! I ad the Chicken Ranch sandwich and it was very fulfilling! It didn't take them too long to make my meal, but the place didn't get busy until after I came in. Alright never thought I'd be reviewing a sandwich shop. this place has one of the best classic sandwiches of all time. The ingredients are always so crisp and fresh that I keep thinking I'll be let down but nope. Week after week same exact quality. When that happens you know it's just a good manager or whoever is in charge of restocking the produce shelf life. You rarely get consistency like this from restaurants. Any way bravo. I buy a LOT of Jimmy sandwiches. Huge fan. This location however continues to let me down. I ordered this morning at OPEN for pickup at 5pm. I walk in at 4:59pm and FOUR employees are talking in the middle of the store. One table has guests eating. Ask about my order which isn't in the pickup stand. She looks it up and says "Oh". It'll be just a minute sir. So they hurriedly make my sandwiches while I wait. Not impressed. Update: So the young man with military haircut and glasses did put two cookies in my bag, that was a nice gesture BUT he also took it upon himself to put Coke in my two soda cups, without asking. The normal process is the customer gets two empty cups and fills it with their choice of soda. We don't get Coke and we don't put ice in our cups. This location is just bad. Somehow I had heard of this place. Can't remember where thought it was a philly type place was not. Anyways I had this ginormous gino something sandwich. Pretty tasty tons of meat they do not skimp at all. Like other reviews said there bread it very tasty. The meat tasty, the sandwiches a little dry. But then again I didn't know how to order from their menu. Apparently almost all the fixins are up to you and they only charge of stuff like avocado. They were out of diet soda the manager gave us free diet soda once the machine was fixed which was awesome. The staff was really friendly they made the sandwiches insanely fast just like all the signage states. I'd eat there again then again I really like sandwiches. This jimmy johns store is not that good the customer service is horrible I had a coupon for one free sandwich and the cashier refused my coupon and I had to wait an hour and a half until the manager got there and they still refused to give my free sandwich. "I'll have some sandwich with my mayonnaise please." I ordered the veggie sandwich and the veggies were pretty non-existent. Mostly it was provolone cheese, mayonnaise, and extra mayonnaise. It comes with sprouts, but you have to ask for them because the normal clientele here are expected to have the eating habits of a twelve year old. NO GO!! I must have gone on just a terrible day. The bread was the only descent thing about it like others are saying, but EVERYthing else was so mediocre. They didn't offer the other kinds of bread. All they had for sauces was mayo and mustard. For a "gourmet" sandwich you would think they would at least have BBQ sauce or honey mustard. Normally I get good service here but tonight the service was slow and the sub that I ordered was supposed to be the #12 with no lettuce, I got it to go because I had to go back to work, and when I opened it up to eat it all that was in the sandwich was the meat and nothing else, and I didn't have time to go back and get it fixed. read more

A few months ago I got food poisoning after eating a sandwich here. I called the restaurant to inform them that I had become sick. They were very condescending and kept insisting that there was no way they could've been the reason I had gotten sick. Despite telling them they were the only place I had eaten all day, they kept telling me I was wrong and must have gotten sick somewhere else. When I took my complaint to twitter I was ignored.
