I usually like to eat here. Salads and protein bowls are a good alternative to something on a bun. Don't understand what the difference was today. They were not very busy. My bowl and my friends salad were both soggy and contained avocados that were beyond overripe - mushy black areas. So unappetizing! $30 worth of icky food. read more

We used to eat at Zupas 2-3 times a month but just hadn't been there in awhile. Went there yesterday. The portions are slot smaller and the prices have gone up 13.99 for the half and half that used to be 10.99. For 2 dollars more I can go right across the street and get an all you can eat buffet. The quality has dropped too. Definitely will not be going there any more. read more

Just wanted to free points. They have pretty good food though. Only been once but it was good when I went.

We stopped here because I wanted to eat healthy and have a salad. The girl at our hotel recommended it. I had never heard of it before and was a little worried. I'm here to say that it was perfect!! Exactly what I wanted, a healthy salad. My husband had soup also and it was yummy too. I wish we had a Zupas in Southern California because I would go there often. read more

Please do better :( Love the delicious & fresh food. But I have to say the drive-thorough service is a huge miss. It takes a while & is inaccurate at times. It's been twice now that I go to order or pickup my order and they forget my drink. Went during my lunch again today & had to wait a while for my food & drink. Because it took long, I grabbed my order from the employee and headed to work. Low & behold: they forgot my drink again. They also ended up giving me my order with olives even though I selected "no olives" upon ordering. So I ouldn't eat my food either since I'm allergic Ended up giving it to someone at work and had to order other takeout. Didn't want to give up on this place but looks like it may be a while before I order from here again.. bummer read more

There were 2 toothpicks in my granddaughters grilled cheese that was part of a kids meal. The toothpicks had no cellophane and we're not put into the sandwich vertically to hold the sandwich together. These toothpicks were cooked laying flat into the cheese! There were no holes in the bread to show the intent to hold the sandwich together. It was an obvious thing that someone laid them flat and hid them in the cheese for a child to obviously chock on. When I showed the cashier she walked over to the manager. The Hispanic female manager burst out laughing. She looked over at me and my granddaughter and bellowed over laughing so hard that she grabbed the other coworker shoulder and told her. They both looked over at me laughing. When she approached me...I asked her why she was laughing. She said "because we can not give you a refund for that". I quickly told her I never wanted a refund. I wanted her to be as concerned as I was with how 2 toothpicks were laying flat, hidden into the melted cheese. I wanted her to talk to whoever made the sandwich and warn them how easily a child could chock on it and to be more careful. But, no apology, no kind of a concern that needed a serious follow-up with whoever was making the kids grilled cheese. All I got was a sarcasm with a evil smile. Their to go orders are a joke. I hate having to go in, have it made, then ask for a to go box just so that I get my proper salad size and toppings quantity. This is my $10 salad, and it's like this every time. read more

Normally I come here and it's just fine with fast service but I just ordered and a basic honey chipotle salad with 2 modifications and they got it all wrong. First they made a half salad of it even though I didn't say combo only since my friend said they wanted a club so they assumed that and made it a combo I just assumed that they were out of bowls so I didn't think of it but I told almost every person making my food no tomato no avocado extra glaze but they kept trying to put it on my salad no matter how many times I said no to tomato and avocado. Then when they mentioned at the register it was a half salad combo, I asked if they could make it as a full salad as I never said half salad or combo at all, then after repeating my modifications for a 5th time they still got it wrong and added both items and didn't add extra glaze and shorted me on the dressing so I had to pick off the tomato and avocado off and have a dry salad. In addition, they gave my friend the completely wrong sandwich. I would no longer recommend this place and would suggest to the manager to ensure that the employees are repeating the order and modifications as well as writing them down to prevent further issues like this. read more

I've eaten here many times thru catering at different events and went inside one time.... you go thru a line behind glass partition and you tell them what you want. U can order from the menu or create ur own salad..... they have 8-10 different soup options and their mushroom soup is deeeeeeeelish! I have had a great experience here. I love getting a kids grilled cheese on wheat--with a mix of Tomato basil and Wisconsin cauliflower. TRUST ME on this. Kids meals come with a drink, so thats always a plus. I also get the mango berry or Nuts about Berry salads, and TBA sandwich. read more

My SO and I drove through here while on a road trip. The food looked decent but they seemed to be following contact precautions well, being in the midst of COVID. We drove through, and the staff was excellent! They have a great system to get you in and out with your food in a timely, yet sanitary manner. Before we received our food, we waited in the car looking at the workers. There was only one person not wearing a hairnet and kept readjusting her face mask. We got our food and it was delicious. Unfortunately, my partner found a hair in his soup! We went back just as they were closing to complain. The staff was very helpful and although most of the soup was gone, as it was end of day, they offered us alternatives and even gave us extra desserts for the road. Very friendly staff, owned up to the mishap, and tried to correct the situation. read more

This is my favorite restaurant in the whole world! I have been waiting so long for someone to bring one to southern Utah. However, things were not the same as they are in northern Utah. I can't be too tough on them as they are new and still trying to get their legs under them and covid makes things crazy too. However, waiting 15 minutes after your food was supposed to be delivered in the drive-thru pickup is tough. The whole point is that if you have a pick up time to meet that time :). Keep working hard and sharpen up on the staff. I will be back. the food was ok (maybe less cream/water in the creme brûlée and cauliflower soup. other than that it was good! I have visited this zupas six times in the last two months. The food has always been on the expensive side for a stand in line and order cafe. but it has lived up to its reputation. But I would now recommend that you don't go there in the evening. We went at 8:00 PM. The store closes at 9:00 PM. From the first girl that took our sandwich order right on through to the cashier. They all acted like they hated their jobs and everything in life. They even got the sandwich order wrong. I ask for a barbecue brisket sandwich and got a barbecue pulled pork. I ask about it to them before they put it on my tray and they said it is brisket. I know beef and pork and that was not beef brisket. So ether they are liars or they just can't fix their mistakes. The cashier was so ornery and rude to my wife I really don't think I will ever go back to a Zupas. What a shame! read more
