Jimmy John's gets the dummkopf award of the day. My wife and I braved the pouring rain to meet at this Jimmy John's at Eagles Landing. We walked in and we're eagerly awaiting one of the subs they have been advertising on TV, the "Frenchie". My wife asked if she could substitute ham for salami and they said "no". That's the way the sandwich comes. We're not allowed to make it different. I said surely you can put lettuce and tomato on it? The knucklehead begin the counter said...," No it is made exactly like it is shown on our menu. We walked out. Jimmy John's has to know that this is horrible customer service. We abruptly went next door to Johnny's Pizza and ordered a turkey sub and I got it just the way I like it....my wife got her salad just the way she likes it and we ordered flat bread pizza just the way we like it. They did not complain in the least with us asking to change a few toppings and additions. What a difference!! read more

Worst service ever. I have never been treated so poorly by a manager in my life. Made a phone order for delivery and the inexperienced young lady on the phone bungled it up (not her fault; she was obviously new. Just poor management). A little while after I paid, the young lady called me back to tell me that I am outside their delivery range (I'm maybe 3 minutes away) and that instead of refunding my money, I would need to come pick up my food. When I asked for the manager I was confronted with a VERY aggressive young man who began to berate me for not understanding the company's delivery practices. He was quite inarticulate. Still he indicated that he would not share his name in order for me to make a complaint. At that point, he had, and still does have, my name, address, and telephone number. I will never return to this location. It is the slowest Jimmy John's location to which I have been, and the service is consistently indifferent at best. At my last visit I ordered sprouts on a sandwich from the drive through. The order was taken, add sprouts was on the receipt, but they were not on the sandwich. I parked the car and went in the restaurant to have the sprouts added. The interaction was, "we don't sell sprouts, who took that order." No conversation to me concerning the error. When I expressed the fact that dealing with the customer rather than the employees might be a better approach I received an eye roll form the manager on duty. I said I would never be back. She said fine. So, good luck Jimmy John's. This was all after waiting close to ten minutes for two employees and a manager to make two sandwiches. Not so freaky fast. read more

I'm only giving one star because it's my only option. I would highly recommend that you do NOT patronize this JJ. My husband and I walked in the door and the staff started telling us what they couldn't do! We've never been before! I love Jimmy Johns, and at every other location I've been to, the sandwich is near perfection, waiting at the end of the line before I can even finish paying. Yes, freaky fast. UNFORTUNATELY, I've had at least 3 subpar experiences at THIS location. 1)Visited drive thru and was told (without my asking) I was getting bread hot out of the oven. Tasted the sandwich and the bread was hard and cold. 2)Visited again inside, we were the only patrons in line, ordered 3 sandwiches and waited 15+ minutes as the workers stopped preparing our order to prepare other orders coming in from the drive-thru line (there were no cars in line at all when we arrived). 3)Today, I ordered through the Jimmy Johns app and the #6 veggie sandwich was nowhere close to what I ordered (had extra mayo instead of lite, no onion/peppers/vinaigrette/mustard when I requested those be added, very little avocado spread). I love Jimmy Johns, but will not return to this location. read more

Service is ok, food is pretty much up to jimmy johns standards but it seems the tables are always dirty, the staff is usually in a loud conversation amongst themselves (including the manager) or they are sitting around taking a break (while the place is dirty). They definitely need to be more professional and efficient. read more

Jimmy John's is a franchise that doesn't value their employees. The employees do not receive benefits and the old General Manager Jay Patel is unprofessional. He mixes business with personal. Ex. If he has an altercation with you or if he feels less superior he will find ways to try and make you quit or he will remove you from the work schedule. The whole store as a whole is own by an arrogant owner. The owner Nick Patel talks to his employees with disrespect and has his employees working for years with no raise. Sometimes employees don't receive a check on payday and have to go hours or days without a check. If employees don't clock in as soon as they arrive or forget to clock in they do not get paid for that time, nor do they fix their time. They do not use fresh vegetables everyday, they have bugs, they do not give free samples when other Jimmy John's do, and they don't participate in dollar subs anymore because they do not feel the need to celebrate their customers. This business is unorganized and unprofessional, I do not recommend anyone to eat or work here. read more
