What could improve? People could follow directions. I did NOT order mayo on my sandwich, I hate mayo. I know no one's perfect but come on, if it doesn't say mayo don't put it on the sandwich. I door dashed a sandwich, they made it wrong, then asked me to bring it back. How about you pay for a door dasher to pick it up and make it right? The sandwiches were good but the customer service was awful. There were 2 young ladies and one young man..Out of 3 employees nobody had good customer service. Their faces were not inviting at all. I come here every Thursday and usually there's a least one cheerful employee. I'm telling one of young ladies which sandwiches I want and she's just looking at me with a blank stare. The dining area was dirty, stuff on the floor and the table. Please tell your employees to smile sometimes. Not sure what's going on. read more

Never got to the food because the service was atrocious. I waited five minutes in store before I was met with a "what do you want," from the awful little girl at the counter. Taken aback, I told her I was hoping to place a to-go order. "You had a Togo order?" "No, I wanted to place a Togo order." She just stopped talking to me and went back to what she was originally doing. A few moments later, another employee asks if I had been helped and when I told her I was ready to place an order, but I had some questions about the bread, she told me it was going to be 30 minutes because they had a Togo order, and then took my order. I asked about which breads she preferred, she responded "it's bread". I told her to just cancel my order and I would go someplace else, to which she replied "what order?" What's the point of ordering ahead if they never have your order ready when you arrive? I stood by the pick-up sign and employees blatantly ignored me. I ordered ahead to have to avoid waiting because I'm on my lunch break and am constricted on time. While the sandwich tastes alright, it's sloppy and soggy and not cut all the way through. This is the worst Jersey Mike's I've ever been to. I am watching the four people working and there are literally two girls here doing nothing. There are two guests waiting on DoorDash orders and two who ordered online waiting. In addition to the line that is growing. I am one of the two that ordered online. I live three exits up so it took over 15 minutes for me to get here and I've been waiting over 15 minutes and my food still isn't ready. When I walked up to the counter and told the employee I was picking up he said "oh yea" and grabbed my ticket from the machine. No one has been working on it at all. The two girls are quite literally doing nothing. Not even greeting people as they walk in. They're leaned over the counter whispering to each other. There is. I point in ordering through the app if employees aren't checking for incoming orders. In addition to them having no sense of urgency at all. I would take a picture I'd the girls doing nothing but I'd want to respect their privacy. There are three guests that have came in after me while have left and I've yet to get my food. Can get many more vegs, softer bread, tastier tuna salad, plus chips & drink for less elsewhere. I place an in store to go order and got home 15 or 20 minutes away only to I find out they gave me a steak philly cheese sandwich instead of a chicken philly. I dont eat beef so that's was a problem. Called the store and was told yes we will replace the sandwich but we will not compensate you for our error and the inconvenience we caused you. So my wife said I'm coming to get a refund then. She got to the store which was 2 mins before the store was closing. The shift lead who we spoke with saw us getting out the car and ran to lock the door. I got food poisoning from Jersey Mikes on Eagles Landing Parkway in Stockbridge, GA on 4/6/2022. It was the only thing I ate yesterday and I got symptoms right after. Upon first walking in the building, you're confused right from the start where the line begins, I've seen multiple people walk in confused. No one informed me that my meal was going to be cooked and I was left standing awkwardly in line until I was instructed that it's cooking. My meal changed hands twice, some lady working here with short blonde/black hair was very rude and sarcastic when asked what was on a particular sandwich on the menu, and I ended up getting frustrated with two individuals behind the counter, it is very confusing, and very unprofessional for them to scramble around like lost puppies. read more

The store manager Ellen and the Regional Heather Removed My sister & I from the group chat with no warning or reason after she called us prior to the situation and told us we still had our job. After we was removed from the Group me we called the store & an employee from McDonough Carmelo answered the phone but Ellen hung it up. Ellen & Heather ignored us for hours and wouldn't answer the phone. 5 hours later Ellen called my sister & I phone and told us we were fired because she have a problem with my mom who was currently and Assistant Manager and Due to us being hired together. She then hung the phone up again after I asked her about my separation papers. We drove to the store & neither heather or Ellen would stop for a moment & speak with us.
