I was very happy to find a Culver's when traveling through Georgia. This is a larger restaurant, and there is a very nice covered patio. I think it is the only covered patio I have seen at a Culver's. I would have enjoyed eating on the patio but had to take my food to go as I had to get back on the road. My food was excellent, as always, and employees were friendly and helpful, as is the standard at Culver's. This location is just off the interstate so easy access. read more

I visited the Culver's location at 90 Highway 81 W in McDonough, GA on May 16, 2026, after hearing several rave reviews about the North Atlantic Cod Sandwich. I ordered the sandwich combo with fries and a drink, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The fish was extremely greasy and fell apart into chunks as soon as I picked it up. It was soggy rather than crispy, which was not what I expected. The fries were also disappointing--many of them were so hard that they were difficult to bite into, and I ended up eating less than half of them. Based on this experience, I would not order the fish sandwich again if I return to this location. read more

I just discovered Culver's and I loveee it. The food is always made fresh to order and the service is good. I've never been inside, but from the drive thru, it looks spacious. Because it's fresh to order, you may have to wait to get your food and/or the line may be long, but I assure you it's worth it. It's a burger joint with custard and a variety of other foods. If it's your first time in you have to try the Cheese curds and the concrete more than the burgers. They always have a new burger on the menu when I come in so the variety is here. I have been to the OG store in Wisconsin and that is much more of an event. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we came in this visit. They had a new caramel chic cookie dough concrete so that was my main goal to try and it did not disappoint. This location is normal clean and kept up. It's much easier to get in now that the new has worn off. There is something for everyone on the menu. read more

Very disappointed with the Culver's Chilli. The chilli has become all combined into a coagulation that doesn't resemble what the expectations of the dish should be. Here's the thing: the food here is generally well-made, but they can never get my order right. All I want is the equivalent of the mushroom Swiss burger, but with a grilled chicken breast on it instead of a beef patty. I have ordered the same thing no less than 10 times, and I think I actually got what I wanted once. We have been advised by managers in terms of how to make the order so that they can get it right, but it never works. My uploaded pictures are of the receipt showing the things they were supposed to put on my sandwich and of the sandwich which does not have those things. So logically you may be thinking, "why does she keep going back?" The answer is because my husband loves this place. So often it is his choice for a quick lunch or a quick dinner when we don't have time to cook. And each time I get my hopes up that I can have this sandwich, and each time I am disappointed. It looked like a great place to get food from but I ordered a Butterburger at Drive thru and got back to my hotel to find they forgot the condiments, ketchup and mustard. So that really ruined the burger. So I figured I'd try again, I downloaded the app, ordered ahead for curbside, I ordered a sourdough burger with NO grilled onions, and I also ordered that with ketchup and mustard. Well, it had onions on it and once again, twice in a row now, no condiments included. What is going on in there where the employees can't take the time to get my order right. My daughter and I got takeout here today. The staff were amazing. They were attentive and helpful. I ordered a gluten free bun for my deluxe burger and they provided it safely and also heated the bun. I had to thank them for that because I have never received a gluten free bun warm. It makes a difference in taste and makes us feel cared for. My daughter and I both loved our burgers. The pumpkin pie spice shake had me feeling like I was eating a slice of pumpkin pie. We stumbled upon this place while visiting the parents. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the burgers were. The older gentleman bringing the food out was very pleasant and had a smile on his face the whole time while serving the people in the restaurant. I love how clean it was in there, especially the bathroom. You can tell a lot about the quality of service and people by the cleanliness of the bathroom. It's foolish that they will not take Apple Pay at the drive-through when they take it inside. They say they have signs posted because of the liability. Well, the management needs to post signs saying that they are will take Apple Pay but that they are not liable at the window if they drop your phone. I will never be intentionally cruel or nasty in my reviews, i'll only share my honest experience and opinion, and hopefully it helps the business improve so someone else can have a better experience. I don't usually frequent Culver's, but i stopped by to get my wife a sundae, which she asked to be made a specific way. In short, she wanted a Turtle Sundae, (3 scoops) one with the flavor of the day, the other two scoops vanilla, with hot fudge, caramel and extra pecans and cashews throughout. She asked for it to be made in a cup as opposed to a dish, only because it melts all outside of the dish (pretty messy if you're on the go). I explained it at the drive up speaker the same way i just explained it here, it was not understood...so i asked if i could come to the window. By the time i made it to the window, my order was taken as if i was a bother. The order taker called a manager over, explained to him how i wanted it (i guess so she could tell him how to make it) i paid up, was given my tag, (10 bucks in total) and told to pull around. By the time my order arrived to the car, hand delivered by the manager himself, it was given to me with no napkins, no cover, just a lone spoon sticking out of the top. I asked for a top for the cup (emphasis on having to ASK) only because to me it just would have seemed more sanitary, and obviously (or maybe not) more practical be it that the sundae was in a cup? Either way, i only go here because this is one of my wife's favorite places. Otherwise, the food here (at THIS location) is middle of the road on a good day, and depending on who's working, the service (at THIS location) is what you would expect from a teenager who's showing up only for a paycheck. I recently read a review that pretty much said the Culver's wasn't the "In-n'out" of the East, but was in fact better. So I had to pass by here and check that out since I've wanted some INO since the last time I was in Texas. Pretty good! Not gonna lie. The burger was fresh, the fries came out hot and crispy, and the milk shake was bomb. Basically it's exactly what you should expect and want to have from a fast food burger spot. If you're looking for a quick burger and you can't make it all the way to the Mid-West Culver's is a spot to check. It was my first time here. I got the single patty with American cheese. A side of crinkle cut fries, chili and a chocolate brownie concrete mixer. The patty was thin. It was made to order. The lettuce was fresh. The chili was really hot. I received stale crackers with them. Fries were basic. The concrete mixer was really good. It was thick. The chucks of brownie were nice and chewy. They answered all my questions and the staff was really nice. Their drive thru line was really long. I dined in. The interior was clean. They also have a outdoor seating area. I placed an order through Uber eats, and order had many issues. I'm pregnant at a hotel, out of town visiting family. First off, I ordered a cheese fry. I didn't get any cheese in my order. Second issue there was no straw for my soda. Doesn't seem like major issues, however, I waited 30 minutes for the food, and we all know how hormones are when pregnant, I was very upset to see there was no cheese sauce and could not eat my fries. I contacted Uber Eats to see if they could do anything about it and they could not. So second option and I called the location to see how they can resolve the issue. The lady who claimed she's the manager said there's nothing she can do about it and being pregnant and upset just wanting my cheese for my fries. I even asked if I could just go up there and if they could just give me the cheese for the fry and she said no and told me to contact uber eats again. I understand I placed an order through a third-party app, but that is not how you treat your customers. The correct thing to do would've been let me come up there and get the two dollar cheese sauce I paid for, which is already a huge inconvenience. Culver's Has been a huge craving of mine ever since being pregnant, and have been eating sometimes even 3-4times a week. I will no longer be supporting them. read more

We stopped for lunch and it was pretty dead with no wait. Typical burger and milk shake spot. I ordered the mushroom Swiss burger with onion rings and my husband ordered a bacon cheese burger. The prices for kids meals were a bit high for 2 chicken tenders fries and a drink it was $5.29 plus tax. Dining in you're given a number and staff brings the food to you. Food was good for it to be considered "fast food" but better than your typical place. Onion rings were great. For 3 meals we spent about $24 bucks. Place was clean tables were clean.
