Immediately as you walk in your greeted with hellos and big smiles! the restaurant is always nicely clean and the bathrooms never a mess. The sandwiches are made perfectly in every way. From the fresh bread to the added meats of your choice ( I always get the tuna) and sometimes indulge with the oatmeal cookie .... even that's tasty and not too sugary. Today, I patronized this restaurant about 15 minutes before closing. I walked in the store not only to smell the fresh aroma from the bread but from the solution used by an Associate that was mopping. He immediately stopped to acknowledge me and made me aware that he would be with me momentarily. While waiting another Gentleman came out and we began conversing while my food was being prepared. TO speed things up, I LOVE their bread and needless to say, I not only walked out with my order but bread for sandwiches for days after. I love patronizing this restaurant because the Staff is always pleasant, the establishment is always clean, and my order is always correct. Ain't nothin' in the world like Jimmy John's. Their sandwiches are the best. I usually get a ham or a roast beef sandwich. Unfortunately, we don't have many Jimmy John's around here in Los Angeles County... There is one in Westwood Village, but that's a long way from where I live. read more

Jimmy John's is a great "fast food" option. Sandwiches are always pretty consistent, sort of expensive, but they're tasty. I've visited a few locations and I've always found the restaurants to be clean. Service is good, people are not overly friendly, but answer questions when asked. Choices get confusing and I personally think it would be nice to have more options without being charged! read more

Honestly, this was my first time going to this Jimmy John's and I didn't even get to place my order before I just pulled off. I was asking clarifying questions because I don't go to Jimmy John's and I am not familiar with the menu I couldn't see everything so I needed to ask some clarifying questions. The employee seemed annoyed and put me off, so I said never mind, I don't want to order anything and drove off. After I cooled off, I called the restaurant to say how I felt and when explaining I was placed on hold and someone else came to the phone. When I explained to them what was going on, their response was, "I overheard the employee and they didn't do anything wrong." -__- Listen! This place is horrible. The vibe there is something like going to a funeral. Because of that I decided to just order deliver... I work close to the store so it's not that far.. but I just don't like going there cause of the vibe. On Friday I ordered a deliver around 6. Waited till 740 and decided to call. No answer. JJ's is a pretty well known chain and in my opinion, the better alternative to the Quizno's and Subways of the world. The sandwiches just taste fresher, are made quickly, and are pretty cheap. This place has both delivery and a drive thru so you can get your sandwiches quick no matter which way you want them. read more

Assuming this was put in place so people could verify they were given everything they ordered while bagging before leaving. However this definitely slows down handling the lunch crowd. Poor customer service. I pulled into the side drive through to place my order. There were no cars in the parking lot, besides the delivery vehicle. I ordered one sandwich with no mayo and another with the tomato and lettuce on the side. First, the young man stated that they didn't have anything to put the tomato and lettuce in. I asked if he could wrap it in paper (like the sandwhich and pickles). He flattly responded no. I decided to take my business elsewhere, but called JJ's customer service. The rep was not interested in my perception of the type of "service" that I received. She indicated that if the store is slow or busy they can't accommodate my request to have something placed on the side. To which I responded, that doesn't make sense. For one, I've already paid for said condiments and, secondly, the store was EMPTY. Why not try to accommodate the customer or, at least, indicate that's not usually something that they do but they will as a one time courtesy. This would have endeared me as a customer rather than turned me off. As I explained to the young lady (customer rep), there are too many other eateries in the area for me to eat at to risk losing business- unless of course, business is booming and they don't need good customer interactions.
