What a joy to interact with skilled butchers at Nitsches who know their craft so well. I am visiting to cook with my young grandnieces, so the butchers cut into cubes the top quality steak for the fondue, and the ground the pork and beef for the Swedish meatballs we made. Oh, what a difference that expertise made in how both dishes tased. In stock were other products so hard to find, e.g., lingonberry jam to go with the Swedish meatballs. The Mexican (jalepeno) style pasta salad is amazing. If you have not shopped here, do yourself a favor.
