Poor service! We ordered online, then waited 20 minutes while I watched other customers ( at least 7) walk in, order, receive their order and leave. When I approached the staff about this I was given a variety of excuses. For example, the "problem," was that initially I had only given them our last name so they didn't know they needed to start the order... apparently if I had given them our full name, this would have solved the issue. Or, I was told, that the order just barely came in (at 1:00) which happened to be the exact time I approached the staff regarding my concerns. Interestingly, we had confirmation that the order came in prior to that and should have been ready for pick up at 12:45! I have never left a Yelp review, and I absolutely love Jimmy John's and have ordered from this Jimmy John's for at least a year. However, this time was the worst experience ever. First I call and order my food for delivery, and the had it for pick up, then I call back and the switch it to delivery, I then doubled confirmed that they had my order correct, and they repeated it back to me, so they had it correct. When the delivery got here, the sandwich was wrong, I called back, they apologized ( which I appreciate) but said it was going to be 30-40 more minutes to get the correct order. I told them no thanks and to cancel and refund my order. Like I said, I've never had an issue with Jimmy John's and love their sandwiches, but this was without a doubt the worst experience of food ordering I have ever had. Six employees scrambling to fill large order at 11:30. Ignored by staff and asked if we could order, no one else in line. Mass confusion ensued, I ordered a Cubano from three different people but it was never entered into computer. Overheard bread shortage and other problems. Many others came in while we waited and waited. They told people it would be an hour wait. I couldn't believe the number of students etc they turned away while we waited. Sandwich is usually below average for JJ standards. Extremely slow, ordered online multiple times and waited 15+ minutes for the food.

My husband received a sandwich from here just a few moments ago and the person taking his order repeatedly pulled down his mask under his nose and mouth, touched his lips and put his fingers in his mouth , touched inside and around his nose and then continued to touch the cash register, receipt paper and sandwiches. Even if we weren't in a pandemic that is disgusting food service behavior. My husband told the manager the kid needed to change his gloves which is astounding to me that the manager didn't realize that was maybe something the kid should do. Also, one of their delivery drivers has stickers all over his work car displaying hentai and his support of Only fans which is fine for personal vehicles but to use that for deliveries is just crass. This plus the sandwich being incorrect is what's earning the 2 stars. We went with 2 because generally the people are polite and the food is fine as far as subs go. read more

Freaky slow at this location. I went in and after waiting 5 minutes to place an order I was told it would be another 10 to actually get my order so I left. During my wait though I did witness 2 customers actually with their food, 10 customers waiting for food, 2 customers who placed online orders that weren't filled and they had to reorder in the store, and one employee who made a number 7 for no one that was actually in the store and she was quite vocal about it "still being at the counter". This Jimmy John's had the WORST customer service. I ordered a sandwich and was very explicit with what I wanted on it due to dietary restrictions. The sandwich came out wrong, I went up and let them know that JT had items I could not eat, the woman that took my order explained to me that all sandwiches come with everything to which I reminded her what I ordered. I do hope the location owner or regional manager contacts me as this was unacceptable customer service. I ordered online to be picked up a kicken chicken sandwich with mayo, extra peppers and no avacado spread. I didn't look at the sandwich until I got home. It didn't have chicken on it, only the mayo & peppers. I called and spoke with LIBERTY, who said, she'd get another one delivered. She called 30 min later saying the driver couldn't find my house. Provided her the address again. 30 min later called again asking where my sandwich was. She said she must not have taken the address down correctly. Gave it to her again. Finally the delivery guy dropped off my sandwich. I opened it and WHAT THE HECK.... same thing... NO CHICKEN.. just bread - mayo and peppers.. OMG is the nicest thing I could say at this point. He did not ask if I wanted anything else or for a name. When my nephew went to pick the order up he had to call me to ask for the name the order was under. Smiles all around and staff seemed to be working well on pushing out good quality Jimmy John's. The think the franchise owners would be very excited to see this launch and opening of there location. We do live in Water Valley. Flop! You don't deliver here yet. NO worries we understand that you have just started. We do think and HOPE in time you'll expand to further Windsor neighborhoods like Water Valley. For now keep kicking butt on delivering to what you do. Staff in the store was super friendly and engaged in customer service. The facility was spotless and bright. That being said when I got home I noticed we only had ONE sandwich and we ordered TWO. No problem we know things happen. I called and immediately was helped. Management had my sandwich delivered without questions within 15 minutes. I believe in keeping things current. I wanted to upgrade my most recent review of JJ's because my experience has changed slightly. I order pretty regularly (weekends after work) and for the last month or so, everything has been spot on. The sandwiches are made correctly and the driver who delivers is generally very prompt and always polite and personable. The delivery provides such a convenience, truthfully I wouldn't drive to town to order anything so their delivery service has secured my business. Compared to other Jimmy Johns locations in northern Colorado, the quality is far superior at the Windsor store. Ordered plenty from several Fort Collins locations and does not meet the taste standards that the Windsor store set. Happy and helpful employees as well. read more

Using the Jimmy Johns app I ordered my lunch sandwich 20 minutes before my lunch started, no sandwich showed up. I got a call from the delivery driver who said he accidentally took the sandwich and I would have to call and reorder - he gave me the ticket order number. So I called and the person I talked to said she apologized and would have it right out. No sandwich showed - 50 minutes later. Management really needs to learn how to manage. Stopped in here went through drive-thru after spending 25 bucks and getting half way home realized they forgot the rest of my meal and cheese dip, when I went in the guy that helped me was nice but obviously new, long story short he told the manager who was talking so loudly everyone could hear he needed receipt because he didn't remember any meals with cheese added. I said I'd pay and that I ordered it. He proceeded to be disrespectful to me and the guy that was helping me. I recently went on a keto diet so jimmy johns was a good choice due to there unwitch. I usually go to the one in Fort Collins and have never had a problem but when I went to the one in Windsor they gave me an excuse of a sandwich.
