My first time at Culver's was great! The staff behind the counter were nice, kind and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions. My burger was delish! So was the custard!!! I really liked that the atmosphere was not "fast food" but rather family friendly. No plastic booths-there are cushions instead. I haven't been to Culver's in awhile and I don't know if it was this location or maybe it is all Culver's but it just didn't taste like anything special. Burger was good but nothing stood out about it. I got onion rings and cheese curds. The curds were good but not as good as Freddy's and the onion rings tasted like fish. Wow - the service at this Culver's location was amazing! From ordering through having our trash taken away while we were still sitting there chatting, I've never experienced better. Kudos to the management, whether it's through hiring or training, because it wasn't just one employee. It's even more impressive because there was no tip jar, no pressure to tip, just people doing what they're supposed to do because that's what they're being paid to do. And clearly they were nice people to begin with. My wife said her spicy chicken sandwich was very good. My Bacon Double Butterburger was good (and would have been great with mustard instead of mayo; I didn't request it because I like to try a burger as they think it should be built). The fries were okay, but I could name several chains whose fries I enjoy more. We managed to stay under $10/person using a coupon my wife got in the mail. By today's standards, that's pretty good. Stopped by the drive-thru the other day and had a great experience! Ordering was simple and the lady helping us had a wonderful and humorous attitude, making it that much more enjoyable. She was patient while we made our decisions and even made some suggestions. This was by far, the best Culver's experience I've had! Food came out hot and quickly. And it tasted absolutely fantastic! A simple cheeseburger was bursting with flavor and freshness! The french fries were crispy and salty. And the cheese curds were some of the best I've had! These folks are fantastic. My family lives in local area and we come by here frequently. We're not exactly rich, so we have to put some limits on it as Culvers is a little bit more expensive, but frankly, the quality of their food and the outstanding service makes it worth every penny. Just today, I was running late for a meeting and decided to stop by and pick up some thing for my wife and I. After I placed my order as I was driving to the window, I realized I had forgotten my wallet. I explained the situation to Jaden at the window and asked if it might be possible for me to pay in some alternative way (a scanned photo of my card etc.) as I didn't have time to drive all the way back home and pick up my wallet in time to come back and pick up the food. I was prepared to just apologize, go without the food, and perhaps come back later with my wallet.He said he would speak to his manager and stepped away for a few moments. He then came back and simply placed my order number sticker on the window, smiled, and said "we'll have your food ready in just a minute" and that his manager, Courtney, said it was on the house. $28 worth of food for free. Very mixed experience for me with Culver's. I like the food. But I hate their drive-through. It takes so long and you always have to wait and the parking situation associated with the waiting is not good. Had a phenomenal experience with the person who took my order. Courteous and well trained, and professional, and actually had a good conversation with him. I thought he told me to pull around a car that was sitting at the window and for me to go around the building and park. So I did and when I got around there, there was nowhere to park so I pulled forward to the west by the Jiffy Lube, but still on the Culver's property where I was safely out of the way of all of the traffic. The employee who brought my food out, gave me a scolding about parking in the wrong place and I told her I would've gladly parked in the waiting spots if there was one, but there wasn't one . read more

Truly fabulous food to satisfy any pallet. I don't really consider this fast food as it is always made to order, fresh and hot! I certainly don't mind waiting as it is worth the wait. One of the things I look forward to is knowledge of the staff and their food and the staff goes above and beyond. Not often do you find employees who love what they do. I feel this comes from the top in proper training and good management! This is evident from the time you walk in the door to receiving your personalized order. Ordered take out in the drive-thru lane. 2 Burgers, 1 medium fry, 1 cup supreme chili. Got home. No fries. That's $3.39, plus tax, that Culver's pocketed without delivering the product. Won't go here again. How on Earth is it possible they can't get a simple order like this right? We sat in the parking lot for 10 minutes, waiting for them to bring out our order - and then drove home for 25 minutes. We didn't check the order at the restaurant because the packaging was all nicely sealed up - like they really cared about that - but not the actual order itself. Sorry Culver's. You are today's disappointment. Just so lame, I can only shake my head at your incompetence. read more

Super strange walking into a restaurant that is almost exactly the same as one of your favorite haunts. I was able to get over the weirdness (I get over weirdness fast) and order some food though. Be warned: the shrimps are huge. Order a 10 piece at your own peril. Peril I say! You'll have shrimps for days. They'll also fry up some pretty tasty cheese curds if you ask 'em real nice. I hesitate to mention this, but...they do have...fish. -shudder- As we all know, fish are the spawn of evil and should never ever be touched or eaten. Despite all of this common sense, my wife ordered some in a sandwich. And she liked it. I still love her though. So if you're a freak who goes in the face of all that is holy and eats Ocean rats, theirs is apparently pretty good. read more

If you're in a hurry, I'd suggest McDonalds or something a bit quicker. However, the wait is definitely worth it. I've never been left in line for more than a few minutes and my food is always hot here. Amazing onion rings, even compared to the other location. I also love that they didn't fill my cup up with ice, and never do- some people may not like this, but I personally hate ice, especially if the drink is already coming out of the machine cold! Wastes money and space. Great butterburgers, decent fries. Nothing seems too low quality, which the price reflects, but that's understandable! I have tried this Culver's twice, I won't be back. First time my food was cold, so this time I went inside. Girl who took my order was nice, man beside her was talking to another employee. A second employee came and joined their conversation, while the young girl continued taking orders. The man in the back stated order ready. The girl was still at her register taking other orders, while the man continued to talk. Five minutes later he bagged my food. They really need to be re-educated. The fact the burger is cold kills all taste that Culver's is known for, makes this restaurant's burgers no better than McDonald's or Burger King at twice the price. read more

Worst drive though in Northern Colorado. Twice in a row they've messed up the order by forgetting to include the frozen custard. You also wait in a parking space to get your order brought to you which you would think they would a better job checking to see if the order is correct before they deliver. read more

I was here on Tuesday night to grab a quick bite before my concert the employees some very friendly but the manager on duty Serra I think her name was very rude. We literally ordered ice cream didn't get it! After a hour of waiting I asked for a refund he said he could make them and I could take them with me . I said no I want a refund he said that's not my job !!! Then I asked the manager for a refund she turned around looked at me and continued doing her job . The poor girl on register did inform me that she couldn't physically give me a refund that I would have to ask the manager ! Who was incredibly rude to me and refused to help me .
