I've attached some pictures to back-up my statements. This is what I've seen so far: Missing items (I want these back): * 1 brown wicker cabinet w/4 drawers (2 on top, 20-1/2" W x 29-1/2 H x 16" D) (see attached which is similar). * 2 big boxes of books/miscellaneous. Furniture has damage (see attached). Squashed and ripped boxes (see attached). Footprints/marks on medicine containers (see attached). Dirt/marks on larger decorative bins (see attached). I reached out to Brandon several times to resolve this to no avail. Then there were disparaging messages from him (see attached). He says I'm a messy old lady (see attached). Who isn't messy when they are moving? For someone who was paid VERY WELL, great tip, plus expensive donations, I feel extremely disrespected, offended, and ripped off, and made to feel less than. I spoke to her and told her of the unprofessional treatment I received from the time of delivery to the exit. She stated she would speak to the operations manager and send me a release form for reimbursement of damages, etc. That has been done and I received acknowledgement of the form being received. I now await the next step, as told by Marie, for the compensation to be received.

I booked a move with them and put a deposit down. They confirmed with me that they absolutely had…read morethe availability. They said they would call me 3-4 days before the move to go over details with me, that never happened. I finally called them a few days before the move, where someone immediately and very rudely told me that they couldn't move me. They said they were booked up, and didn't have the men. Another guy then tried to tell me that it was an "IT issue" with their central office, not their fault so they couldn't do anything. Through trying to complain about this issue, I was connected back to them and spoke to somebody else. This time his excuse was that a "truck broke down" after I scheduled my move. I do not believe a single one of their ever-shifting excuses. Sure, they're giving me my deposit back and "taking responsibility", but none of that helps me when I have to be out of my place in less than a week. He just kept insisting that someone else can do it (and would not listen when I told him that I did the legwork already and that wasn't true). Do not book with this awful, scam of a company. They will cancel your move and completely screw you over and do nothing to make it right outside of the barest possible minimum.

I hired my own packer/unpacker on both ends which took about 2-3 hours. I was unsure whether I needed one POD or 2 and the best deal offered was I could order 2 but only be charged for what I used. The second POD was 1/2 the cost of using 1. This was very helpful. The only area that could use improvement is the customer service information by phone. I was concerned about my driveway getting damaged and one person told me they put a heavy rubber sheeting down under it for protection. Another call later said they put nothing under it. The answer is they put nothing under it but the operators were careful and no damage was made to my driveway. It was also by accident that I found out reading on line about ordering 2 pods but only being charged for what you use. If the initial representative had given me this information, it would have saved me time and stress. I would definitely use them again.

The local hub employees on both ends of our move were just as helpful and accommodated a couple of special requests without hesitation. We moved from Florida to Georgia and the price we paid for U-Pack was less about half of what it would have cost to use U-Haul or Penske and then we would still have to drive the trucks and pay for fuel. I can't say enough about how great an experience this was. The only thing that would have made it better is if they would have loaded and unloaded the truck for me!!

I've waited 3+ weeks and after a lot of back…read moreand forth, we are done dealing with this moving company and i can finally post an honest review. we paid for a 3 man 6 hour move. two guys and a prepubescent child arrived. the third "guy" must have been the owner's kid or something because there's no way he would have been hired to move anything. he was so frail and tiny - i wanted to help HIM when he was lifting things. to charge us a whole "man" for this child is shady business practice number 1. i was worried about him damaging our property. I will say that Seth and Ben were nice enough, even though they did all of the work, but calling the third guy a man is a crime. he felt sick during the move and we needed to give him two cans of soda for him to feel better. despite being quoted for 6 hours, we were billed for over 7 hours because they said the clock starts and ends when the crew gets back to their office. this should be included into estimate so the consumer knows in advance how much it will cost. what if they stopped somewhere on the way? there's no way for us to know- shady business practice number 2. so the expected happened and of course some of our things were damaged- a little scuff here and there can be expected, sure. However, TWO of our beds were DAMAGED so much that for one of them they had to take the piece back to be repaired in their warehouse and the second piece that was damaged - the guy had to come to our house to repair (VERY poorly i might add!!!!). these were brand new, very expensive beds. I advise anyone to think three or four times before hiring this business. you will be paying for service you won't receive ( they sent two men and a baby to move our house) and you will have to hound them to get repairs done for the damage they caused. they also charged me $25 for a box for our large tv- then took the box back with them...what? didn't i pay for that?
