Not possible to make a prior appointment they had told me. Then, when the door opened they were about to take someone ahead of me. They said he booked his appointment online. A new computer system, they said. WHAT?!? I would like to have booked an appointment too. They did take me first after a keffuffle and the manager asked me to keep my voice down. We had to wait for the manager to count the cash before they could take anyone (5 min. delay). Lynette did a good job cutting my hair and I waited for a lady to pay before I could pay for mine. The manager couldn't figure out how to get the credit card machine working so the lady ended up paying in cash. Their front entrance carpet was dirty and needed a good vacuuming. When the telephone rings someone has to stop serving their customer and answer the telephone. Room for improvement at this place.
