Their president, Al Horton, was indifferent when I called to share the conduct of his agents and tried to change the conversation to the delinquency of my loan. Please know that no matter how delinquent your loan is, they must conduct themselves accordingly. Their are many many professional companies that are professional with EACH contact; I encourage you to investigate those companies.
