Had a rough 2018 and what better way to reward myself than with a BMW for Xmas? Oliver was helpful and pleasant to deal with. The transaction was easy and maybe took 2 hours tops as he had me send in the bulk of the paperwork before I arrived to the dealership. Highly recommend this place if you're in the market for a high end luxury vehicle.

2004 Acura. Superb condition. Great price.

Within two days of acquiring my 2024 Volkswagen Jetta, I was compelled to bring the vehicle in due to an "engine service soon" alert. The vehicle's performance declined, and I encountered an error message stating P0010: Camshaft Position Actuator Circuit (Bank 1), indicating an electrical fault or failure with the camshaft adjuster valve. Consequently, I contacted EchoPark, and Orlando in the service department advised me to proceed to the Volkswagen dealership, given that the vehicle has only 48,000 miles and remains under warranty. Accordingly, I took the vehicle to Autonation in Buford, Georgia, on May 12. The vehicle was received on May 7, and the issues commenced on May 9. As part of my plans to visit Autonation, I was informed I would take an Uber to EchoPark after dropping off the vehicle. However, it took nearly two hours before I received assistance in arranging the rideshare. I interacted with at least five different staff members, none of whom were aware of the situation. Eventually, I spoke with Assistant General Manager Talon, who was exceedingly helpful and assisted me in reaching EchoPark. I waited at EchoPark for over an hour and was provided with a loaner vehicle as compensation for the inconvenience. Talon attempted to explore options for acquiring a different vehicle through the financing bank; however, the requirements for the vehicle I desired were more stringent. I subsequently decided against the Volkswagen due to the need for maintenance shortly after purchase. Since then, I have contacted Talon via phone and text messages without receiving any response. As of today, May 29, my vehicle has been in service since May 12, and no one, including Talon, has contacted me since May 15, despite multiple calls and messages. Rod in Sales called me and let me know my vehicle is ready to be picked up and arranged a rideshare as I returned the loaner. I am currently paying for a vehicle I have only possessed for five days, at a high interest rate. I also contacted EchoPark corporate, engaging with several agents and personnel, who ultimately provided minimal assistance and offered little follow-up despite my requests for a callback to discuss alternative options. This situation is entirely unacceptable and constitutes poor business conduct. I am disheartened by how EchoPark has managed this problem, especially considering its simplicity to resolve. Nevertheless, I would like to acknowledge the exemplary service provided by Rod, the Service Manager, or Sales Manager. His professionalism and dedication were outstanding and deserve recognition, potentially in the form of a raise or promotion. Although EchoPark did provide a loaner vehicle--an act of kindness--it does not mitigate the inconvenience caused nor the manner in which this matter has been handled. Management should have been more proactive in addressing this issue, maintaining constant communication, and seeking solutions that benefit both the customer and the organization. The total without labor in the picture is shown. The total with labor was over $5k for a vehicle I just purchased. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE AWARE OF YOUR VEHICLE PURCHASE. Thank God mine was under warranty. EchoPark you guys need to do better and compensate me for this major problem.

Fast forward a few months and we recently went back to Echo Park. Set up an appointment online for between 7 and 8. Got to Echo at around 7:30 and were told to sit in the waiting area. There were a lot of other people also waiting. My husband and I sat there until around 8:45, watching as employees looked frazzled and like no one had any clue what was going on. I finally went up to the desk to ask how much longer? Guy at the desk says they tried to call me multiple times on my phone (why? I'm sitting just a few feet away) which was a lie, I had no missed calls. I'm then told someone will be there right away. We wait for another 15ish mins and then leave. While I do appreciate Amber following up by text and answering my questions, Duluth is a long trek for us to go test drive a car only to sit around with no updates, no "we're busy, we'll be with you soon," nothing. Seems like this location has a management problem and maybe needs to hire more employees? Once we got the details about the car we were interested in, including an out the door price, it wasn't such a great deal after all. I'll be shopping elsewhere for my next car and cannot in good faith recommend shopping at Echo Park.

After the test drive, they offered me an initial quote, which I negotiated on for a lower Out-The-Door price. The manager printed out a quote with a lower price. I left the facility and returned in the afternoon with my partner. We negotiated the price down further after several hours of retrieving the vehicle which had been moved to another location. We got a pre-purchase inspection from a local mechanic. Finally, we were planning to sign the documents to purchase the vehicle. Suddenly the sales manager asks us to come into her office and shows us on her computer that she cannot honor the price that we negotiated because her computer would not allow her to take off some dealer mandated fees ($1600 in total). We were not informed of this before we finished the deal. And the manager made the mistake to omit it on the quote that I signed to seal the deal. She refused to correct her mistake by lowering the price of the vehicle to offset the dealer fee she could not change on her computer software. My wife and I wasted my entire afternoon/evening and had to cancel a dinner appointment. The sales manager ruined my experience with this dealer and I am wondering if she and the dealership violated the law for not honoring a deal on a quoted price.

I called the dealership, spoke to the manager, who basically stated that I should've kept the warranty, then blew me off... Of course after the transmission went out, I realized why they hard sold me on the warranty, it's obvious they already knew there was a transmission issue, and wanted to get rid of the vehicle, and sell it with a warranty, but the consumer wouldn't be privy to that information... This happened exactly 30 days after I purchased the vehicle, and these shysters didn't offer any assistance and getting the situation correct... Please do your due diligence before purchasing with this dealership as they are unscrupulous... It was actually the Gainesville location, but I learned later they had the vehicle over a year in Duluth, then moved it over to the Gainesville location... I've purchased many cars for my business and never encountered such a deceiving dealership.

I was directed by the manager, Matthew, to Pep Boys for repairs. At the same time, I raised concerns about a strong coolant odor when starting the vehicle. Matthew dismissed this, saying he couldn't smell anything, but also admitted he had a poor sense of smell. No inspection was done. Exactly 90 days after purchase, the car overheated and started smoking while I was driving home from North Carolina with my two children (ages 13 and 3). I was stranded in Charlotte for several hours and had to pay $312 out of pocket to tow the vehicle back to Atlanta. On June 30, I contacted Matthew again, and he told me to have the car towed to Pep Boys. They found the radiator and other components needed replacement, but Enterprise declined to cover the cost. The vehicle was then picked up by Enterprise, who said they would handle the repairs internally. Since then, communication has been extremely poor. I've had to call or visit in person to get updates--no one from Enterprise proactively reached out. I was eventually told the radiator had been flushed and hoses replaced. However, a technician later found sludge in the coolant reservoir, which was confirmed to be caused by an oil leak--a serious and likely pre-existing issue. Despite the safety risk and the mechanical failures, I was told a rental vehicle would only be provided at my own expense since I was outside the 90-day window. I didn't receive a rental until August 2--over a month after the breakdown. I was then informed that the vehicle was shaking during test drives and later told oil or coolant was leaking into the transmission. Enterprise still had no clear answer on what was wrong. On August 22, I picked up the vehicle after being told it was fixed. After driving for an hour, it began overheating again. I returned the car immediately while it was still hot. Matthew witnessed the issue and provided a rental. He later called to say no one had updated him and asked how I felt about a trade-in. I agreed, and I specifically asked if I'd have to pay another down payment. I was told no, that it would be taken care of. However, on September 12, I received a call saying my original vehicle was "ready," and the trade-in was never followed through. Since then, I've been going back and forth with no resolution. As of now, it has been six months since I purchased the vehicle--and I've only had it in my possession for about three of those months. The rest of the time it has been in the shop or waiting for Enterprise to act. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating, financially burdensome, and emotionally exhausting. It has disrupted my work, my family life, and my peace of mind. Enterprise Car Sales has shown a consistent lack of customer service, communication, and responsibility. I can no longer recommend doing business with this company. I am highly dissatisfied with my purchase. i'm looking for her and nobody is willing to help. I'm looking into possibly getting a lawyer
