I would rate the mechanic work a solid 4, and the customer service also a solid 4 (assuming they are not in cahoots with the location owner vis-a-vis usurious fees tacked onto your service). I had an oil change on the same vehicle today (8/20/25) on which I had an oil changed performed on 5/15/25. I brought my receipt from the 5/15 service to ask- it seemed a little high. When I questioned the $4.50 "Shop Supply Fee," I was told it was to dispose of oil. This seems odd, and a bit high, considering many local car shops will take your used oil for free, and that used oil is typically worth between $1.50-6.00 per gallon. The "Shop Supply Fee" on 8/20/25 had increased to $10.24. That is a 125 percent increase in a dubious (aka "bs") charge over a period of three months. The fees charged for "State" and "County" are also different, and I'm not sure how they change an annual tax rate between May and August. In other words, this location will add and change prices at their whim. The prices advertised are lower than the prices they charge. It's called "fraudulent inducement" and "detrimental reliance" under the law, but I don't have the time or desire to pursue it legally, so I figured I would warn everyone about these tactics before they go so they can make an informed decision regarding their car maintenance providers.

Preston was very courteous and advised me that he would be able to help me. I try to do "simple things" myself but when I realized that you had to go through the tire fender area, I went to the professionals. Good thing I did! After replacing the buld, it still wouldn't work. Chris had to connect the computer and reset the system. Apparently, when the bulb blew, the computer shut dow the "port" and it had to be reset. After being reset, the light came on and worked properly. These guys are great at what they do!! I will continue to use these guys and have already shown my 17 yrs old daughter how to use their service as well. The staff is always helpful and courteous.

I called express oil and spoke to an agent and i inquired about the free ac check and the agent sounded put off i inquired about it. I asked what was included in the ac check and he blurted out "WE CHECK TO MAKE SURE IT BLOWS COLD! I asked again what tests would be run on the ac. This was my first run to this location. I have an Elantra that needed to have tune-up done. Now, I…read moream the mother of a disabled adult son and there was a CRITICAL APPOINTMENT that could not be missed this morning. This was conveyed to the manager yesterday an hour before they closed. The price to do the tune-up was in the neighborhood of $350 and he broke it down enough for me to justify trying it. He said they are not the cheapest, but they are the best. I explained my situation. He took my information, assured me that the car would be ready if I could get it there absolute first thing this morning. My car is running better NOW than it ever has. I will check out this company's website and find out what other services are offered at this location. I see that there have been some bad reviews on this location and I cannot speak to them. I can only review what service my car has had and how it has affected me. The appointment was made this morning, and I will speak with the manager about what other services are offered. Until I have a reason NOT to return, I will be bringing my car(s) to this location. I wanted to try another place/business, but they are so booked up it is not going to be available for me to get it done. So, this location of Precision Auto Care and their team will see me again after I check out what services they are able to provide.
