This is a great company and very easy to work with. I have had to change times and days a couple times in the past month since we started using them and they had no problem being here when I needed them. Dustin does our yard every week, and is here on time and texts me when he is on his way, giving me time to collect the dogs and get them inside. I have yet to find a spot he's missed. Jimmy is incredible. He went above and beyond cleaning up our very large dog yard. We were waiting on our gardener to remove some very expansive weeds that were waist high in some areas. Jimmy actually went through all of the weeds as well, getting down in the ground to make sure everything was picked up. We insisted that we didn't expect him to do that, but he continued the attention to detail. He even gathered up all the dog toys that had been hidden in the weeds. Jimmy has been providing his service to us and our four dogs for over a year (when another service just stopped showing up after 2-3 visits) and it is well worth the very reasonable price we pay for it. He is prompt, reliable, and thorough. We don't have any lawn in our large backyard. Instead, it is xeriscaped with rocks, bark, and lots of dense vegetation, so it's difficult not only to remove dog poop, but to locate it to begin with. Jimmy is able to find and pick it all up every week. He is also very good with our dogs who are all barkers, including two obnoxious chihuahuas and two large dogs. He enters through our back gate, has treats ready if they want one, and gets right to work. When he is done, he takes the poop with him and leaves without any fuss.
