As most dog owners, my dog is my everything. I'm so happy to have found a place I trust and my dogs just love! The pure excitement when we make the turn on to the property is unmatched. They love Isabelle and Emmanuel and have so much fun while they are there. By the time we pick them up they're face is still smiling from ear to ear but definitely a bit more tired. I have a German Shepard and a Husky Shepard mix, they would bolt to the door just so excited to go in they forget we even exist. Mind you, when we go to the vet, the moment we turn into the parking lot, they cry and we'd have to pry them out the car. So when you find a place they're just so excited to go to, you know you've found the best place for your babies. If I could I would give more stars. I am so beyond happy I found this place. My dog is basically another one of my kids and it matters where I leave him overnight. The owners of Pet pleasure are extremely kind and caring. You can tell they love what they do. My dog, who is half lab half husky, LOVES coming here. He jumps out of the car happily and runs to the gate so he can see his friends. I know he is being well taken care of and watched. Compared to other places, (such as petsmart), my dog has tons of play time. At other places he stays in a tiny kennel for most of the day. 8/16/18 Update: I've given them five stars but if I could I would give them a million! Isabel and Emmanuel are seriously the best. I cook for my dogs, they don't eat dog food or have dog treats. I believe that stuff is crap and not healthy for them. They have ran out of food on several occasions because no matter how much I try, it's inevitable they run out of the home cooked meals I make for the dogs after an extended stay. On those occasions when they've run out of food, Isabel will cook it for them. These two are heaven sent and I honestly feel like my dogs and myself are part of the family. They're the best! Don't hesitate to use them, you won't regret it. It's always so hard to find a dog sitter that one can trust. Having two of the most spoiled dogs in the Central Valley, I'm always weary as to who will have the pleasure of being their dog sitter. Well, I love Isabelle, and my dogs adored her and her beautiful little girl. They seemed so happy when I picked them up, and I felt so at ease to see my Coco being held by Isabella's daughter. We were amazed at the size of property our dogs would have access to, the play time and interaction with other dogs they would get and services provided by Isabelle and Emmanuel. Almost immediately our dogs fell in love with the place as well as Isabelle and Emmanuel. They made us feel comfortable and we felt great leaving them over night. Isabelle and Emanuelle are dog whisperers! We left our two smaller dogs at Fresno Pet Pleasure and our dogs almost seemed like they didn't want to leave! There's plenty of space, well maintained and secured. The owners sent us a a text and video of how well our dogs were doing cuz we were a tiny bit concerned about them socializing with other dogs. Not a single problem, the video showed them all running, playing and tails wagging without leashes. Isabelle confirmed our appointment several days before and kept in constant communication via text while our babies were there. I couldn't be more impressed with the whole operation! Poor communication from the beginning. I set up an appointment weeks ago for this company to watch my cat for 3 days and never heard from them. I made an appointment with a different company just to be safe & ensure I had coverage for my cat as I'm leaving the state. So the morning of the appointment I called to cancel my appointment because I was nervous the company forgot about my appointment. Boy was I right. Not only did they not have a record of my appointment but neglected to tell me they don't watch Cats! Now mind you the woman has a very strong accent so maybe that was part of the problem communicating. After the conversation she had the nerve to text me and tell me that I must be confused and made an appointment with another company. I told her I made the appointment with her and the time. (The other company requires you to set up the appointment online so I know I booked with Fresno Pet Pleasure on the phone). I said this was very unprofessional. To add insult to injury she texted back "aw maybe you were supposed to confirm & I have no confirmation." What company says that through a text?
