Antonio did such a fantastic job on my Shih Tzu. She's a rescue and can be quite difficult and after having a baby, I could little longer do it myself. After her last home bath, she was super matted, and overgrown. She can have a real attitude when it comes to trimming the sensitive parts like her feet. He was able to get all of those areas perfectly. I just can't say enough good things. He did such a good job. She normally hates the Groomer and comes home super anxious and that's why I resorted to home grooming, but after this visit, she was just feeling pure relief. We adopted Juice on a whim because we fell in love with him. When we saved him from the shelter, it was shared to us that his previous owners did not care for him the way he deserved, which caused him to need surgical matt-removal, and so when we brought him home, he had some lingering matting and we wanted him to have a clean fresh start. I found The Cutesy Groomer through Yelp and also on Instagram, called, and Antonio answered immediately and was incredibly helpful. Booked and took Juice to his appointment. Antonio is a saint. You can tell he loves what he does and wants to ensure your pet is comfortable and getting the services that makes the most sense for them. Juice kept pawing at the dryer, and so Antonio put some booties on his feet (see photo) to avoid him hurting and fraying his claws. A true professional! Juice came home fluffy with a bow and matting all gone. I could tell Juice had a good experience as his personality and temperament was the exact same when he came home. Our mini schnauzer, Leroy, got his hair cut today by Amanda at The Cutesy Groomer. Antonio recently opened his own shop, The Cutesy Groomer, on Shaw and Villa. We followed Amanda when she joined Antonio at the Cutesy Groomer. Selecting a dog groomer is a very personal decision. The groomer not only has to be able to trim your dog to your specifications, but also get along with you and your dog. Our dog, Leroy, just loves Amanda. Leroy is always excited to see her. Leroy truly seems to enjoy his trips to the groomer. Amanda is just a nice person who always cuts Leroy's hair in the style we prefer. He is a mini schnauzer and we generally like the basic "schnauzer cut' with some changes.
