He was easy to get a hold of him and his two guys did amazing. They were professional, friendly, and courteous. It took a couple of days to get this tree down, but it was pretty big. I recommend Andy to get the job done. I found out by my neighbor later that they knocked on his door and cleaned up the sticks that had fallen into his yard. I thought that was pretty awesome. We told him not to worry about grinding the stump that we could do it later on when it wasn't so hot out, but he insisted on using someone else to grind the stuff I will write about JDs tree service when they get the job done. JD'S came 6:45 three of them 2 left the older man ground on that stump for 6 hours in 90 degree weather I took the umbrella out for some shade. Day 2- Two of them came today they worked a little bit got the machine stuck wanted to know if we had a riding lawnmower to pull the machine out of the hole. They used a rope went through our fence to pull it out. Bent some of the fence I told him to stop. He said don't worry about it he could fix it. They went over the top but under the pole and bent it. Finally, they went all the way to the bottom and it came out. You can still where they bent it. It started to rain. They laughed and came back so I total of three hours today they thought they were done. They didn't come the next day to finish. We talked to Andy he told JD he called us and wanted to know what the problem was. We said that there was trees sticking up out of the ground. It needed to be ground more so they said they'd be here bright early 6 o'clock on the 4th day.
