I was sure I'd have to have repairs completed here (2.5 hours away from my home) even though the logistics would be complicated (including car rentals, return trips, and additional complexity with our holiday weekend). The two men at the Brainerd/Baxter Abra took a look at my vehicle and quickly said "I think we can fix it up so it's drivable and you can get home." Less than 10 minutes later they had pulled and pushed things around enough so my car was safe. The driver door was unable to be opened, and they fixed that too. "All your fluids are fine, nothing is compromised - you're good to go. We put a couple zip ties on the side panel to hold it together and you can get this fixed when you get home." When I asked what I owed, the main person smiled and said "No charge. Glad to help." What amazing service. Highly recommended! Thank you for getting me safely back on the road.

The reader gave a Crank Shaft Sensor code, which explained why it would sometimes not start. Had the vehicle sit over night at Holiday & gave the tow truck driver the keys in the morning telling him it wouldn't start. The vehicle shifted smoothly before it died & smoothly when switching from Park & Neutral to try to start it in Neutral. When the vehicle arrived at Integrity Auto the shifter & shifting cable were broken. Both the Integrity Auto AND the retired Mills Mechanic said the only way this would happen is by the tow truck driver not doing his job right & breaking it. The staff were rude when I wanted to talk about it & refuse to admit they damaged it.
