Once I left and made it to the other side of town, I noticed I had a flat passenger side, rear tire. Called immediately and got a reply from their manager that I must have driven over a nail or something. I told him that would be coincidental and I made my way back to the store. Turns out they broke the valve stem somehow and I would need to purchase a new one but they don't carry them. The guy (non-manager) was polite and did fix it temporarily enough to get home but not what I was looking for when getting an oil change. Now I get to make an appointment and pay extra money to get it fixed at a certified tire store.

I declined, so they tested it 2 more times and drained my battery and then it wouldn't start to leave. And then offered to replace my battery at full price including an install fee. Are you kidding me?! You drain my battery and then pull that? It started fine even in the coldest of mornings up until that point. No, just no. I should have known better, 6 years ago they dumped oil on my husbands alternator and fried it and then tried to get out of that as well. On that one they at least did eventually take responsibility and fixed it. But still, that shouldn't happen on either account.

I brought in my car and…read moreasked for them to fix a bead leak on my tire (very simple, break bead, clean beading surface, and apply bead sealer, which they agreed to do and said was no problem. After 45 minutes of waiting, I was told my directional tires were on backwards (they definitely weren't) and that that's most likely why they were leaking, since that makes tons of sense? Take your car to a real tire shop or automotive shop to have work done it may cost a little more but atleast monkeys won't be working on your car.
