These tamales are made with yellow corn meal and simmered in a WELL seasoned broth! These tamales were so seasoned, warm, and good. I only wish it had a little more meat. But overall they were perfect. I got a half dozen for $9.99. The menu had other items as well. I ordered a mango lemonade. My lemonade was so tasty! The service was fast and friendly. When it came to service however, it was severely lacking. Slow, understaffed and rude. I like to look at how a restaurant or bar's higher staff treat their employees. Bar Fontaine's managing staff should be VERY ashamed. I heard management tell off a server and bartender for making a very basic mistake and when I asked them how they liked working there, they simply replied "if I could do it over I would." According to them, the management is super nice to the customers but not to the employees constantly starting drama and making it difficult for an employee to keep their job. The head chef is also apparently a real a-hole and says inappropriate suggestive comments to their female staff as well, the server was telling me. When I was walking out of the hotel on the last day of my stay I encountered one of the managers and talked to them to see how they would treat me. It was an older woman with glasses. She treated me like an old friend which normally I would have enjoyed but this time I was absolutely disgusted. Just from what I was told, I will not be giving service to them again and will not stay at the hotel.

Today's a holiday so I decided to treat myself to a cheeseburger. The cheeseburger was gross and dry and when I brought it up with the owners they argued with me and got belligerent. They kept digging through the meat and picking at it with their fingers while they were trying to convince me that it was somehow good. Everything went in the trash and I didn't get any money back so I threw away the price of the cheeseburger plus my tip only to be mistreated by the owners. Don't ever go here their food sucks and they are not good people!
