Visiting Cleveland to see family and woke up on a Sunday morning needing breakfast. We drove around everywhere trying to find a place when someone suggested this place may be open! We were so excited when we drove up and saw cars!! Woo hoo!!! We missed breakfast but will remember it next time! We had a burger and a chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and corn bread. The mashed potatoes were homage and very very good. The didn't come with gravy but after tasting them, I know why! None is needed!. The country fried chicken and burger both appear to be made fresh and were delicious. I got cornbread with my meal and it's a sweet cornbread. If you like that, you will love it. Ate breakfast here three days in a row. First day it took 40 minutes to get my meal. Had to ask for utensils. Second day- took 15 minutes to get my meal, had to ask for a napkin. The wait staff is totally unorganized and under staffed. People waiting forever to be seated with open tables available. Third day- Asked for an extra egg and didn't get it. When I pointed it out to the waitress she insisted it was there, but she couldn't show me where it was. Finally received the extra egg. Had to ask for a napkin again. Wait staff totally in the weeds. I visited this restaurant today and ordered blueberry pancakes, bacon and eggs. When I got home, I only had pancakes and eggs. I was given jelly for pancakes and no syrup. I called the restaurant and asked that they credit my card for the eggs. Of course, they refused. They asked that I return to the restaurant for bacon. I asked to speak with a member of management. Management refused to speak with me. Prior to this, a customer went to the pickup window and viewed an order to see if it was her order. I should have left when I saw that. First let me say that the design is great Food is mediocre at best. I was there 6/11/23 for breakfast. The staff is severely severely under trained. Three kids walking around completely confused with no care to your service. For example, I was there for over an hour. I got the brisket omelet and enjoyed it although it wasn't what I traditionally think of as brisket. More like roast beef. But the potatoes, toast and bacon I had were good. Oh my... Where do I began??? The moment I walked in or the time I spent pondering why I was sitting in an establishment totally segregated. As I walked in I noticed immediately how segregated it was. Literally, all the whites(8-10) were on the floor serving and all the blacks(8-10) in the back cooking and preparing. No diversity whatsoever. Coming from the Northern states visiting for a friends gathering I found much disappointment in the way people continue to practice and accept racism and segregation. Phoning a friend that's more familiar with the area just confirms how normal it is to be segregated. From black and white proms just 4 yrs ago to black and white designated areas. It's disgustingly sick! The staff was totally oblivious, both black and white. As I mentioned it to my waitress she stated, "We have black waitresses, they called off today." Didn't mention anything about how the back was open to display only blacks. As she walked away to tell all the others while the black women and staff in the back thought it was funny. Just brainwashed individuals if you ask me! My order, took forever after watching serval ordering after submitting my order to be fulfilled first(of course white people) as if the segregation wasn't enough theres racist entitlement at its finest! I didn't get a chance to taste the food but I did get a chance to taste their ignorance and I'm ashamed for those that are complying with their norm that's gone on too long for whatever reason. I pray God blesses this establishment in ways to improve and welcome people from all over the world without displaying segregation. Everyone has a right to serve and prepare but it shows love and respect for history and all people when you diversify your company to assure the imagine isn't misunderstood or compromised. Earlier this week I went to breakfast at the Farmhouse Table in Cleveland, MS while on a business trip. I ordered eggs and turkey sausage. The eggs came back with more than just an excess of cooking oil - they were drenched. The turkey sausage was barely edible. It seemed to have been thawed and refrozen. The sausage was very low quality. I wanted some hash browns / potatoes. All they had was a frozen product that was going to be deep fried. I passed on that. From my experience this is a low quality greasy spoon that is best passed by. The owners don't seem to care about quality. read more

This restaurant is relatively new to the area. The building inside and out are very well kept and look great. Very clean dining area and the wait staff was more than nice and informative. This day I had the breakfast as well as the others with me. The food was good and well priced. I have no complaints about it the taste. We did have a decent wait of 35min to receive our food (eggs, bacon, breakfast potatoes so nothing too difficult) and the restaurant was not busy (the 2 other tables that that were occupied had already received their food when we arrived).
