At that tome it was typical delta and nothing terrible. This time the property has been cleaned up and the staff member assisting us was so kind. Low tide, calm waters, air quality wasn't bad, and it was just a perfect experience. They've added a ramp for getting in and out of the kayaks which was so helpful to easily make the transition from dock to kayak and back. When we returned the staff member greater us and assisted me out. Then my MIL had a flair up of back pain and was unable to get out of the kayak. He helped us and was absolutely patient and so kind during this. He did not rush us off the dock to serve the next customers. This experience alone gives this business 5 stars.. everything else was a bonus. Thank you BBM! I will certainly be back!! (And so will my MIL once she's healed again).

We've had our boat at this marina for over 15 years, and unfortunately, the condition of the…read morepremises has continued to decline year after year. The security gate is constantly broken, the docks are filthy, parking areas are littered with leaves and trash, and weeds are severely overgrown. There are abandoned boats with trash piled on top of them, and garbage stacked along dock walls -- it's honestly unacceptable. Despite numerous complaints, we're always told that something will be done, that they're working with boat owners to clean up and register boats. But when we return, nothing has changed. There's been frequent turnover with the harbormaster, and each new person seems to care less than the last. The current harbormaster is especially rude and dismissive of concerns. Meanwhile, they continue to raise our fees every year with no improvements in return. We've stayed this long simply because the location is convenient for us -- but it's time for us to leave. Every year the conditions get worse. On our dock, only 5 or 6 boats remain, even though there's space for 20-30. That alone speaks volumes. We do NOT recommend renting a slip here.

But when you do get inside you can use their dock to enter the fishing water. !!As For This Review !! There is no Yelp Adress but it pertains to my favorite fishing lacation which is also located within the Lazy M Marina dock. If you continue going straight down the Lazy M Marina road you will reach a peninsula cul-de-sac called Clifton Court. It is by far the most relaxing spacious place to fish and connect with other local and non local fishers. It is not hard to miss as the cars line up from the end of the road to the waters edge. It's where all the non boat owners fish. Hardly any boats come to disturb the water surprisingly! It's a great fishing hole even though there are plenty of other fishing locations near. You must have a Fishing license and follow all rules pertaining to fish agriculture. Great catches must visit.

I hadn't read Sal's review so the boat launch was an issue, but not much since Mariner's "sister" marina, Beacon launch was free to us. We worked out a float plan so to speak that worked for us. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The water has a bit of a sulfur? smell... didn't affect the coffee flavor really. If you've had well water from areas like this or right on rivers, etc... it seems common enough. The fridge for some reason started to defrost on us. There were small bass and bluegill near the cabin. The folks at the other cabin cast out and caught some stripers. I think because of the launch proximity and also to Frank's tract area, we'll try the Beacon floating cabins next time.
