We ended up having mechanical issues with the cart and Ryan ( the owner), brought us out another cart and picked up the broken one. He was very friendly and apologetic. We ended up getting some extra time and a partial refund. All in all this was a great experience and their customer service was excellent. They will adjust our cart to get a specific height as our condo has a limited garage entrance clearance. Loooove doing business with a team who know their business!!! A huge plus, they have two black cats ‍ for us all cat lovers. We're new to the area, they gave us great local restaurant recommendations! Just an awesome experience & highly recommended!!!!
