This resort has been recently updated with new mattress, sofa & chairs. The bath towels are probably better than the ones you have at home & they are white & fluffy. You have washer & dryer if you care to wash your clothes, along with Publix being less than a mile away. The timeshare is kept so clean around the pool, hot tub & gazebo area. The previous place I rented was $200 for 2 nights stay and the towels were so thin & very rough on my skin. The silverware was warped, no blender, no can opener, no corkscrew etc. Kootos to Dophin Beach Club & keep up the great work.

This hotel was right across the street from Ocean Center where we would be headed the next morning. The hotel was massive having a south and north tower with 16 floors on each side. My roommate and I were ocean front on the 12th floor, nearly in the middle of the south tower. WOW, what a view! I didn't realize until arriving to the room there was no balcony. However, you could open a regular size sliding door to see and hear the ocean. There were bars like a balcony in front of the sliding door but you could only step out one foot on the tiny platform. I left the door open while I was reading and it was so peaceful to hear the ocean;) Parking was nearly two blocks away on the opposite side of the street and across the street from the entrance of Ocean Center behind a barbecue restaurant. This was a bit of a pain pulling the luggage that far. Plus you had to go up a steep incline to get into the lobby. I could have paid an extra $20 for parking overnight if I had used the hotels valet service. No thanks lol! We did get a discount for the parking lot because we were attending the conference. Instead of $35 it was $20 (with taxes $23). The hotel was a little dated. The light over the sink flickered. But did stop after the light was on for a little bit. The beds however were up to the Hilton standard as well as the pillows, nice and comfortable. I shared the room with a friend from church. I liked the feature of having an extra sink and mirror outside the bathroom. There was a mini fridge but no microwave. The desk chair needed replaced as the seat was very worn in. Service at the front desk was friendly and they helped answer all my questions about parking. It was a little confusing because you didn't have a ticket and I couldn't figure out how I would get out of the lot when the conference was over the next day. But the front desk attendant advised they would have someone at the exit gate to open it when the conference let out. And they did;) Thanks for a comfortable night's sleep Hilton! I would stay here again if attending a conference that included a discount code as this hotel was pretty pricey.

The water also does not go away at the sinks quickly. Really a cleanliness issue. The bath tub is broken too. Also the hotel can get some upgrade: it's really run down. Swimming pool can get an upgrade too. There is a mini fridge for you to put drinks. The beds are ok but can be better maintained. Carpet can be cleaned better. Will probably not come back to this location. Parking is $55 for valet. Opposite outdoor parking is $35 with in and out privilege and $25 per day for no in/out.

Staff was great and very helpful with any and all questions we had... it was why we ended up visiting the lighthouse farther down the coast. The room we had was perfect. It had a full mini kitchen with a two burner stove, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. It had dishes, cups, dish soap, towels.... You name it ... they had it. The only thing that was little weird was the bottom of the door to our room... the floor or something was slanted... and the bottom let in a lot of light from the outside... we put a towel down there to cover it. We had such a wonderful time here and they even provided a continental breakfast. The beach is not even 10 to 15 steps away and you can sit outside and watch the sun rise or set. Give this place a try... we hope to come back one day.

Staff were super friendly; the lobby area and dining room were kept immaculately clean. They have a small exercise room, a great pool, and a hot tub. They have parking all around the exterior of the hotel and an overflow parking in an underground garage. I actually preferred parking in the garage because the elevator takes you right to the lobby or your floor, very convenient! Our room was 606 and it had a spectacular view of the beach, skyline, neighboring hotels, and street. We also had a balcony with two seats which were great. The room was very nice and has been modernized with new kitchen equipment, faucets, a medium sized refrigerator, television, USB charging lamps and receptacles, and free WIFI (no password required). Overall, we were quite happy with our room; however, there were some issues. (1) One of our pillow cases was filthy. It either had makeup/dirt and lipstick/or blood on it. It was Nasty so we just threw it to the side and grabbed one of the backups in the closet for the evening. (2) The toilet does not have its own door on it. The bathroom is large enough for two people to multitask in there when getting ready and the toilet is somewhat closed in with its own wall so why not just add the door, pocket door, or at the very least an accordion door for privacy. (3) For the amount of money guests spend to stay at this hotel why don't they provide coffee or tea in the lobby as part of the guest's amenities. We always look forward to a hot cup of coffee in the lobby of where were staying, once we get settled-in. Their coffee machine is on lockdown until the continental breakfast; alternatively, the coffee in the room is pretty bland. (4) The continental breakfast is nothing special but at least they do offer one, so thank you for that. The breakfast consists of mostly carbohydrates - packaged muffins and Danishes (still partially frozen), packaged grits, oatmeal, and cereal. Packaged bagels, Yoplait Yogurt with the Biomechanically Engineered Ingredients Included. The only thing someone prepared was pancakes. I literally arrived right when they opened at 7:30am and the pancakes were stuck together and somewhat damp like they were cooked an hour ago and kept in this warmer. The only protein you will find is hardboiled eggs and Jiff Peanut Butter. The coffee was ok, but not strong enough for me, too much like coffee water. It was better than nothing at all but I still think they could do better. Overall, we were pretty happy with our stay. The only thing that creeped me out was that dirty pillow. I don't know how that was missed during the cleaning process; regardless, if I needed a place to stay again while partying at the Ocean Center I would return.

The place isn't overall luxurious but you get what you pay for. it's definitely affordable and great for families. "what you talkin' bout smalls". A quick 10-15 minute shower was extended because the lack of pressure. -The onsite restaurant is mediocre (specific review of it posted directly on it's page) -Daily housekeeping advertised, but we were skipped and had to ask for fresh towels The front desk staff had a mix of good and bad. Some suffered from RBF and the inability to smile, while others were great with greeting and showing you were welcome.

This weekend we stayed at your resort and the stay was horrible to say the least…read more Annamarie at the front desk is amazing and tried her best. Let me start with everything We arrived on Friday afternoon the room was not clean properly food under the TV stand, toilet overflowed all over the floor and phone is room not working. Maintenance did come visit the toilet and phone. That is when discovered food under the TV stand and old food left in the fridge. During the night the AC unit in the dinning room went out and sounded like it was going out the window. And we found a roach in the floor. And discovered the floor in the bedroom was wet and so was the bed. The next morning we mentioned everything to the front desk and asked no one come in the room until we return. When we returned to the hotel is when we discovered that housekeeping had been in the room and the only thing they had done at that point was picked up the two goldfish crackers that were under the TV stand left all the clumps of hair left the roaches laying in the floor and everything else. Sunday morning we were going to make a nice breakfast before leaving when we discovered that the dishes in the kitchen or filthy, roaches started crawling out of the coffee pot. And then as we're packing our stuff and in the bedroom shut the door and noticed the entire door frame is covered in black mold. Which explains why my mom had to use her inhaler a lot while we were there. Yes the front desk did apply $120 discount to the room but that does not do anything for the fact that our stay was horrible. Between me and my family this is probably our fourth time going to the hotel this year alone and some of the employees at the hotel they were able to verify that nothing is being done to treat for bugs and that housekeeping barely does the work that they're supposed to because they only get paid $13 an hour. The pool and hot tub were okay. Hot tub is salt water. The tiki bars hours are 11:30am to whenever they don't have enough people coming in. Live DJ is just someone talking on a mic and playing songs off a playlist for 3-4 hours starting at 12pm. Burgers were mid. The fries were really good. Fried pickles were eh. Cheese curds were okay. The ranch dipping was a spicy ranch, it was okay. Won't come back.
