This ? business said my 86 year old mother needed and alternator for her car.....they put one in,…read morewhich cost my mother $375. which she paid for. The car still had the same problems as it had previous and would not start on a reliable basis. It had to be towed to another auto mechanics business when it wouldn't run after she drove it one day shortly therafter.. She called Wesland Auto and told them of the problems, they said they would come and pick up the car from the other Auto shop and fix the problem. They have not returned phone calls, and the car is still sitting waiting to be picked up 10 days later....in the meantime my mother has no transpotation. This place is a total CROCK.....they even presented her with a $500,+ dollar bill for services from 5 years ago. My mother never recieved a bill from them.... Stay Away from this so called business, they take advantage of senior citizens. They should be ashamed to call themselves a "business" and steal from the elderly! ( A day after I wrote this review, Westland Auto finally picked up my mothers car and took it to thier shop for repairs. I don't know if they saw this comment or not, however "the sqeaky wheel gets the grease" and they need to make this right with her. When they do I will retract this review in it's entirety.) Westland Auto returned the car to my mother, but when she went to start it, it does not start. The same problem since day 1, but after an unconsented charge of $375+ for an alternator which obviously most likely is not the problem.... UNBELIEVABLE
