Ok let me start by saying I felt so broken and lost when I found Jin. I started a journey to self care that wasn't just baths & pedicures. I needed to go deep. Understand how my mental effected my physical, knowing that was a spiritual process. I went in for acupuncture but she introduced me to guasha. I have been suffering with myofascial pain syndrome, arthritis and stenosis of the spine, and degenerative disks for years. I have been in physical therapy several times over the past 5 years or so. I also began having problems with insomnia and depression due to both physical pain and to emotional pain from being the primary caregiver of my mother who suffered from dementia. I was desperate for relief when I had the good fortune of meeting up with Jin. Now I am no stranger to holistic treatments. I have sought treatment from napropaths, chiropractors, and other acupuncturists for more than 15 years. Those treatments obviously helped to some degree or I would not have continued spending my hard earned money on them. But I never experienced dramatic improvement until I began treatment with Jin. God Bless Jin! My first visit was at the end of June 2015, I suffered from what my podiatrist called the worst case of heel spurs and plantar fasciitis he had ever seen.
