I almost never sign up for "packages" but I did (and would do again in a heartbeat!) with these wonderful ladies. Their new location is so convenient (on Whittlesey, off of Bradley Park), but even without the location convenience, I used to drive out of the way to go see them because I prefer them over other salons in the area. I've been going for almost 2 years now, and have had waxing services done by three different aestheticians (Natasha, Terandis, and Michelle). Each and every experience I have had has been nothing short of excellent. Highly HIGHLY recommend this salon!

I didn't find out until I was already en route. Instead of understanding, I was charged a no-show fee. When I addressed it, I was met with dismissive responses toldI was acting "childish" and called me "child" for not accepting any thing else that a refund of the no show fee, multiple defensive emails over three days, and ultimately banned from the salon. I was even threatened with defamation for saying I'd share my experience via social media. Thankfully, my bank refunded the charge -- but the way I was treated by MKP management showed a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. I can no longer recommend this business.

As soon as you come in, the first thing you see is the manicure tables in front of you and the check-in/checkout desk to your left. I was immediately welcomed and asked how they could help me; you then sign-in and wait...I was about to seat to wait when I was welcomed to the manicure station. The entire manicure experience was very nice, she cut my cuticles without hurting me, I told her I wanted my nails short and she did just that, she asked for the shape and the color... everything was very nice and smoothly as any manicure service should be. I didn't get any other services done but their pedicure area seemed to be full (good impression, it must mean they're good) and I know they do facials, massages, eyelashes, permanent makeup and waxing as well. They did offer water but I'm not sure whether they have other drinks in their menu. Definitely great first experience; will be coming back.
