I didn't find out until I was already en route. Instead of understanding, I was charged a no-show fee. When I addressed it, I was met with dismissive responses toldI was acting "childish" and called me "child" for not accepting any thing else that a refund of the no show fee, multiple defensive emails over three days, and ultimately banned from the salon. I was even threatened with defamation for saying I'd share my experience via social media. Thankfully, my bank refunded the charge -- but the way I was treated by MKP management showed a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. I can no longer recommend this business.

When I asked the front desk about the time of the facial I was told different people "need" different levels of work. I wasn't there for work....it was supposed to be a relaxing facial. That was $85 DOLLARS! This is actually my second bad experience here and I probably should have learned the first time but I was hopeful this one would be different. Kaliece was absolutely amazing! From the moment she greeted me and walked me back to her treatment room, she made me feel completely comfortable and cared for. Before starting my facial, she took the time to talk with me about my skincare goals and explain the different steps and options for achieving the results I'm looking for. She was incredibly knowledgeable and answered every question I had. I left feeling so much more informed about my skin and how to care for it. Her technique and pressure were perfect, and the facial massage was AMAZING! The entire treatment was calming and relaxing, and I could genuinely feel myself unwind. Her treatment room was beautiful, clean, and peaceful, which made the experience even better. I am a great fan of Columbus Skin Care Salon. I go every two weeks to get my eyebrows tweezed after I get my hair done and Yulonda is able to design my eyebrows to fit my hairstyle for that week. I attend several social gatherings and I see Yulonda for a complete facial and makeover with lashes that do not look gooey. Once I leave I have a glow that everyone recognizes. I just left today and received a facial for a breakout that occurred two days ago which cleared my skin for my date tonight. If anyone needs to know, I can only describe it as a black mask.
