I haven't done my eyebrows in months ever since I moved to Henderson. Imagine how bad they must have looked before I came here! I looked around on yelp for somewhere nearby to try, and I came across this place with 5 stars overall. I decided to go during lunch hour, and I was taken right away. It was literally painless. I began to wonder if Jina was even doing anything with my eyebrows haha! Completely painless, and I'm still wow'd by how gentle she was! I'm so happy to have found a new eyebrow place in Henderson, I will definitely be coming back!

Giving 3 stars to be generous because maybe she was just having an off day. Made an appointment online came in and there was a lady sitting on the couch and when I walked up she didn't say hello she just continued to look at her cell Phone. Like what the heck. Then I said I am here for 4:30 appointment and she goes appointment for? Like she was confused why I was there. It was seriously so odd. I felt like I was inconveniencing her. She then did my brows and it was very fast. She never asked what do I want or like. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for years and no one has ever done it this fast. I decided to not make it a thing maybe she is just fast and I didn't want to be a negative person. Looking on the mirror today there is hair all over my eyebrows!! Missed like a lot!! I was hesitant at first because I have found my favorite eyebrow threader...however, she is 20 mins away from my home and I did not want to drive there and back with my toddler. I yelped and saw Jina's Brow Studio with wonderful reviews so I have it a try. Came by at 10:30am and there was no wait. I was helped right away. I had my toddler sit on the sofa directly behind where I am sitting to get my eyebrows threaded. I specifically requested for Jina to shape my eyebrows. Many other threaders that I have gone to in the past (aside from Laxmi), they are always just "cleaning" my eyebrows. They don't bother to shape. Ms Jina sure did shape my eyebrows. Less than 10 mins later, they were done and yes, doesn't hurt whatsoever. Even my toddler was fine since it was very quick. I will return. read more

I don't go out of my way to leave a negative review but this is more than deserving! From the arch and after off is basically a line, I'm talking 90s eye brows! I specifically told her NOT THIN! What I don't understand is the other eyebrow was perfect! I had 2 months of growth as I just moved here and this place had great recommendations. When I tried to bring it to her attention she outright told me I was wrong and tried to make me feel crazy! I'm honestly appalled with the entire experience and if I could give zero stars I would!!! read more

After submitting my initial review of one star due to not being open on time the owner reached out to me privately and apologized. I have nothing but respect for those who own their mistakes. I came in earlier today to give this business another chance because the favorable reviews spoke much louder than my first impression. Jina was very friendly and did not press you to add on more to the services you're requesting. I asked her to thread my eyebrows as well as my upper lip. It has been nearly 2 months since I've catered to my eyebrows and they were pretty beastly. She was very quick and the whole service was painless. She was very friendly and had a great attitude. I will continue to come to her for all my threading needs and you should too! I am so happy with the shape of my brows!! read more

I moved to Vegas about a year and a half ago and Jina's is the one and only eyebrow threading service I've been to since I got here. I saw how good the reviews were so I came in and never bothered to try another place because I love how she threads. There's hardly a wait Monday-Thursday. And even if there is a wait it's not that long, the most I've ever waited was around 8-10 minutes. My eyebrows are very thick/full and can grow long so I appreciate that she shapes my brows without making them any thinner. She always shows you before checking out so if you do want thinner brows all you have to do is ask. read more

Jina is an eyebrow threading master. Obviously you will feel some discomfort while getting your eyebrows threaded, but Jina has the ability to minimize pain usually felt during threading. I have since moved across town since discovering Jina, but she is worth the drive! read more

I have been looking for an eyebrow specialist that ACTUALLY listened to me when I said "Clean Up Only" I am so thankful for JINA because she actually styled my eyebrows how I LIKE THEM :) I purchased a Groupon for a full face threading (deep down I was thinking I was going to die of pain). I went in and explained what I wanted done. At first, I felt her trimming my eyebrows with scissors. I noticed she was trimming the top because my eyebrow hairs do grow upward a little, and I'm used to that being done at other threading places. But then I started feeling her trim the bottom of my eyebrows, and I could hear her clipping on my left eyebrow specifically. After that, she stopped and didn't really trim the other brow. The bottom of my eyebrows usually never gets trimmed, so this already felt unusual to me. She then started threading, and I did feel like she was taking off more hair than usual. Mind you, my eyebrows were not overgrown at all because I had already gotten them threaded somewhere else about 3-4 weeks ago. They still had a nice shape, so realistically this appointment should have just been a cleanup. Once she finished and brushed my eyebrows down a bit, they honestly looked okay at first glance when she showed me. However, today when I went to put gel in my eyebrows and lightly shape them the way I normally do, I immediately noticed blunt cuts. I tried styling them, but the hair on the bottom is now too short because too much was cut off. It honestly looks like I'm missing hair in certain spots because of how much was trimmed. I also noticed some micro bleeding/red spots around my neck and chin area after the facial threading. I'm not sure if that is considered normal, but it is something I experienced after the service. I uploaded pictures -- the first one shows how my eyebrows looked before, and the other pictures show how they look now. I'm leaving two stars because my other eyebrow does look good and they are even. If she hadn't trimmed the bottom, I honestly feel like they would have turned out really nice. At this point there's not much I can do besides wait for them to grow back. I also have a wedding to attend this weekend, so hopefully an eyebrow pencil does the trick. I got a volume set and they were surprisingly light and they have been each time. When getting a new full set of lashes from having no lashes, usually you can feel that heavy eyelid feeling that is a little uncomfortable. I never feel that at all here at The Lash Lounge. My lashes always come out beautiful and the retention is long that I don't need a fill for about two and a half a weeks. The owner Michelle is also very kind and bubbly. This is the best place to get your eyebrows threaded ! My fiance has been going with gina for 4 years now ever since the first time I went with her I don't go with anybody else , we don't trust anybody else now but her, she does an amazing job! I really recommend her place you won't regret it and I guarantee you'll be going back with her. She also does amazing henna art for good prices and you get great customer service here. read more

I recently got my eyebrows threaded by Jina and I couldn't be happier with the results! I used to get my eyebrows waxed, and decided to try eyebrow threading out instead. I'll never go back!
